Too many of us have old beliefs,
Blocks and fears when it comes to allowing money,
Love,
Success and positive outcomes into our experience.
It's likely that somewhere in our past we've learnt that we're not allowed prosperity,
That we don't deserve abundance.
For some of us it may not even feel safe.
We each have our own story.
I certainly had mine.
And to me,
Every one of us deserves an abundant,
Prosperous life.
And to achieve this change we do need to work quite deeply.
And my friend,
Working our way out of this and into the wonderful abundance of the universe is an absolute blessing and a gift.
To begin,
I'd like you to find any position that feels comfortable for you no matter where you are.

If you notice tension or pressure around your body as you settle in,
Just adjust yourself as needed.
Noticing your breath now.
Now take a deeper breath in and let it just fall out of you.
As you breathe,

Let your body soften.
Feeling the simple truth of being here.

Inside this place there is a good,
Gentle energy.
An energy of becoming.
Of belonging.
It's a kind,
Safe,
Gentle,
Understanding energy.
You don't need to chase it.
You don't need to wrestle for it or away from it.
Just allow it.
Whisper inside yourself,
