Let go fully of your day. Release stress, anxiety, and any self-doubt this evening. Glide into deep rest and recuperation. Relax into this gentle guidance for improved wellbeing, healing and peace.

Hello friend and welcome.
My name is Autumn and this evening we're going to relax into a peaceful,
Calm sleep.
And so finding a comfortable position in your bed.
Just adjusting,
Moving and tweaking,
Finding what feels relaxing for you.
And if any part of your body feels a little uncomfortable,
Just move and find where you can relax.
And feeling the surface below you kindly supporting your body fully.
Feeling yourself relax into the surface with trust and thanks.
Letting go.
Relaxing.
More at peace.
Gently closing your eyes if you feel ready.
And just taking a deep breath in.
Filling your lungs.
And exhaling in your own time.
Fully and completely letting go.
And breathe in again.
Filling your lungs and your belly and letting go in your time.
Releasing any stress you may feel.
And one more time let's breathe in.
And breathing out.
And relax.
Feeling your body letting go.
Noticing any small aches or pains or stiffness or nervousness.
And letting it go as you breathe now in your regular way.
And just listen to my words and notice how as you let go your heart relaxes and your mind relaxes.
Just listening to my words now.
And feel the gentle evening air around you.
Breathing in and breathing out in a natural regular way.
Finding a rhythm.
Peace.
Letting go of the day.
Letting your mind wander and not judging.
Just noticing as memories of the day and thoughts just pass through your mind.
And letting them just drift through without worry or concern.
They're simply memories.
Just your mind processing what you've experienced in your day.
And notice too the feelings arising in your body.
And just know it's okay.
It's just your body expressing what it needs to express.
Just allowing.
No judgement.
No resistance.
No control.
Just allowing and breathing in.
And breathing out.
Just letting your breath keep its rhythm as your mind and body show what they need to show.
Experience what they need to experience at this gentle end of your day.
And if there's a feeling that's strong that's okay.
Even our strong feelings just flow through us and release.
Letting them go.
And if there is something particular that is calling for your attention.
Hanging on.
Asking to be heard.
Let's just ask now what that part or feeling or thought is asking of me.
What does it need to say?
Could be gratitude.
Could be anger.
Could be fear.
Could be pain.
Could be joy.
Let it express itself.
It's unique to you my friend.
Your body and your mind and your day.
No resistance.
No judgement.
Letting it flow through and speak to you.
What do you need to say to me?
What is it you're seeking?
And let it speak.
Just relaxing and noticing.
Listening to our needs.
Knowing we don't need to do anything now.
Remembering that this is the end of our day and we relax.
And our clever minds and our clever bodies will be working away.
Healing.
Healing our experiences of the day.
Healing our body.
Bringing us into well-being as we rest and gently drift to sleep.
For sleep is a gift of healing.
It is gentle and kind.
Our anxieties.
Is it okay?
What do I need to do?
What do I need to remember?
I must.
I should.
And just let this go.
And breathing in and breathing out in your regular way.
Letting nature work through your breath.
And if you haven't closed your eyes yet,
Gently allow your eyelids to close.
And just breathing in and breathing out.
Taking care to adjust if needed.
To find comfort.
Letting go.
Allowing.
And your mind will let you know of anything you need to do in the morning.
It will remind you.
And you will remember.
For now it's just processing and working through the files of the day.
Just allowing and noticing.
Feeling your body relax.
And asking ourselves as we relax now,
What is it I would like to take with me into my sleep?
Which affirmation,
Which belief,
Which experience shall I bring with me into my sleep?
For we can choose our companion as we rest.
Our body will still heal.
Our minds will still process.
Nature will still take its beautiful course in healing as we choose our companion into our night.
Just listen to the following words.
Let them flow through.
And just choose whichever one fits for you tonight.
Gratitude.
Affirmation.
Positive belief.
Memory.
That you are good.
You are lovable.
You are kind.
Your heart is strong.
You are resilient.
You can sleep.
You can sleep.
You are safe.
Gently.
Kindly.
Held here now.
Safely.
With compassion.
You are loved.
And so follow my words as we gently drift into a night's rest.
I know that I am lovable.
I know that I am worthy.
I am grateful.
I am kind.
I am sure.
I am wise.
I am loved.
Whatever has gone before,
In this moment,
Life loves me.
I am allowed to shine.
For I am a radiant being of light.
Perfectly aligned with the infinite source of the universe.
Vibrating with love,
Peace and harmony.

Rippling out into my world and all those I meet and surround me.
As I sleep,
The universe blesses me.
Reveals all my amazing natural gifts.
Creates through me a life and states of being I love.
I love and this love emanates out into the world and all those around me.
I collaborate with kindness,
With wisdom,
My gifts shining forth,
Appreciated,
Appreciating.
I speak.
I'm seen.
I shine.
I smile.
I share my gifts and wisdom.
I hear and see others as they share their gifts and wisdom with appreciation and gratitude and connection.
All that is good jigsaws together in me and my life.
A path is created,
Sure and firm.
I walk along this path into a bright,
Wondrous future forming with every step I take.
Trusting,
Knowing,
Believing and feeling and seeing and hearing all the good.
For my universe and my life is in the business of miracles and they are good.
Good,
Wondrous,
Kind,
Beautiful,
Powerful,
Strong.
I feel such amazement and gratitude as I take each step along my life's path.
Noticing,
Witnessing,
Feeling,
Experiencing,
Hearing,
Speaking into the wonders of the world.
My life is a treasure trove.
I expect the good.
I receive the best.
I trust life.
For today it is good.
It is kind.
It is wise and powerful.
And it feels very good.
And gently,
Drifting,
Breathing in and breathe,
Our bodies relaxing,
Feeling,
Supported,
Connected,
Gentle,
Allowing,
Being.
Taking my best thought,
My favorite belief,
My greatest dream into my heart,
Into my sleep as my friend,
My companion,
Magical creation,
As given by a loving,
Beautiful universe.
Here for me,
Here for all,
In kindness and compassion and just gently letting go.
Breathing in and out,
