Hello friend and welcome.

Just allow yourself a moment to settle in,

In any way that feels real,

Restful,

Honest.

You don't have to close your eyes yet,

Or you may,

But just let yourself arrive,

Let this be a small pause in the middle of your life.

Feel your breath move,

Not perfectly,

Not deeply,

Just as it is.

Notice the way your chest rises,

Notice the way it falls,

Nothing needs to be different.

You are stepping into a quiet meeting with yourself,

A meeting that asks for nothing but your presence.

Place a hand on your heart when you feel ready.

Let the warmth of your own touch remind you,

I exist,

I am here,

I am feeling.

Gently whisper inside yourself,

I am here.

Let these words ripple through you,

Brushing against places ignored.

Let them reach the parts of you that have gone quiet.

There is a soft unstoried self within you,

The part of you that has never carried anyone's expectations.

The part untouched by criticism,

Pressure or shame.

This is the one who comes forward when you speak kindly to yourself.

This is the one who has been waiting.

Breathing slowly,

Feel your ribs opening,

Feel your heart respond.

Let your awareness lower into the deeper rooms of your being,

The place where tenderness hides,

Or where ache rests,

Where old truths linger.

You do not need to change anything you find,

Just see it,

Feel it,

Just meet it.

Say quietly within now,

I see you.

I haven't forgotten you.

I am willing to hear what you hold.

Feel the shift that happens when you turn toward yourself in this way.

A loosening,

An exhale you didn't know you were holding,

A softening in the places you've kept guarded.

You may notice an ache,

You may notice a longing,

You may notice nothing at all.

And even that is a kind of opening.

And stay here,

Let yourself feel your own presence.

You were never meant to navigate this world without yourself.

You were never meant to silence your own needs,

To outrun your feelings,

Or to stand apart from your own heart.

You are being invited back.

Breathing deeper this time,

Feel the breath move into the corners of your being.

Feel it gather what has been scattered.

Feel it call home whatever parts of you have wandered.

Inside you is a well of quiet strength.

A warmth that has never gone out.

A wisdom that lives beneath the noise of your mind.

And say after me,

I love you.

Let these words nourish you.

Let them seep into the places long deprived of gentleness.

Let them stitch together what life has pulled apart.

And peace of your breath.

And take a slow breath into your belly now.

Feel how you expand.

Feel how your body welcomes your presence as you breathe out and in.

You are learning moment by moment to lean into your own heart.

To trust your own voice.

To soften in your own hands.

Remembering the way back to yourself.

I'll stay here for one more breath.

A breath that carries warmth.

A breath that carries recognition.

A breath that carries you home to you.

Here,

You are listening.

You are present.

You are returning home to you.

It is good.

Needed.

Wonderful.

Grounded.

And your presence is enough.

And as you breathe now,

Just start to notice the space around you.

And that which supports you.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

And remember,

Through your day and your night,

And return home to you.
