My name is Autumn and welcome to your relaxation into sleep meditation.
In the moments ahead I will guide you on a journey to release tension,
Calm your body and prepare your mind for a peaceful night's sleep.
So soften down the light on your device and turn off all notifications.
This is your time for peace,
Comfort and rest.
Find a comfortable position in your bed,
Making sure you are free from any distractions taking the time you need for this.
Let's start by bringing awareness to your physical body and together we will release any tension,
Preparing you for a deep and peaceful rest.
And so take a breath filling your lungs and as you exhale feel your eyes start to relax.
Taking another deep breath in and release.
One more time a deep breath in and in your time exhale fully.
And as you breathe in your own rhythm now,
Notice your eyelids are feeling heavier with peace and relaxation.
And notice now your jaw is relaxing,
Letting go of all pressure as you relax.
And as you enjoy the growing calm and peace feel it flowing down into your arms,
Through your wrists and into your hands and fingers as they easily happily let go and enjoy the growing feeling of freedom and ease.
And now relaxation spreads gently down through your chest,
Through your heart and your body feels really good.
And the relaxation is flowing down through your spine and through all your organs bringing deep peace through your body now.
And notice the pleasure you feel as the relaxation flows through you.
With each inhale and exhale you feel the relaxation flow through your pelvis and into your hips fully supported from below.
It feels so good.
Relaxation flows down into your thighs now,
Flowing through your knees,
Down your calves and shins,
Through your ankles gently now and into your feet as your whole body enjoys this deep release and ease now,
Relaxing,
Letting go,
More at peace.
Notice the rhythm of your breath flowing gently,
Filling your lungs and releasing,
Taking with it any tension or tightness.
The air massaging you within,
In a gentle flow,
Compassionate,
Kind.
Just listening to my voice now and allow the following words to wash over you and through you and enjoy the intention and peace they bring.
I am releasing in the day now and I feel happy to nourish my body with soothing rest.
I am growing more calm and more peaceful.
I am ready to rest.
I relax my head,
My face and my neck.
I relax my shoulders,
My arms,
My chest,
My stomach.
I relax my legs and my feet now.
It is time to rest.
I am so grateful to be here.
I deserve to rest well.
I am filled with a sense of deep,
Peaceful sleep and rest.
I am feeling calm now that my day is done,
My heart filling with gratitude.
My body is relaxed and I feel free.
In this moment all is well.
Sleep comes so easily to me now.
I am inviting positive energy into my body.
As I welcome sleep I feel grateful for the many ways I am blessed.
I am choosing to fill my mind and body with nurturing and healing energy.
I am becoming sleepier with each breath I take.
I am safe and secure right here and now.
My heart is open to receiving all of the love of the universe,
For my life gets better and better and is filling with joy.
I am feeling at ease now.
I love and accept myself.
My confidence and happiness increase as I sleep.
It is easy for me to sleep soundly.
My mind is quiet and peaceful.
With every breath I take,
Calmness washes over me.
I am still.
I am calm.
I am in a relaxed state of being now,
Breathing deeply and slowly.
I am grateful for my rest and my quietening body.
I am allowed to feel good at the end of my day.
In this moment I embrace peace and deep gentle calm.
I embrace rest.
It feels good to be still.
I cherish my new relationship with my sleep.
I am thankful in this moment to do nothing but rest.
I sleep deeply throughout the night.
I am learning to always sleep well.
I lay in a beautiful sleep oasis.
I am calm and peaceful now that my day is done.
I embrace myself in loving thoughts.
It feels good to give my body what it needs.
Feeling relaxed with a light and serene mind.
I fill with a sense of gratitude and contentment.
I let my mind rest.
Sleep comes naturally to me gently and kindly.
My body loves to rest.
My sleep is peaceful,
Calm and nurtures me.
