Without too many distractions.
With lush greenery around you.
Flowers.
Animals.
Sunshine or gentle shade.
Take a deep inhale through your nose and feel it.
Throughout the body.
Fencing you.
In the mind.
Creating space for clear thoughts.
And good intentions.
Every inhale.
More space being created.
Clarity.
Peace and calm.
With every exhale,
Feel tension releasing.
Getting more presence inside of the body.
Let's first thank ourselves for showing up here in this moment.
Fully dedicated.
For you to come back to your own nature.
Your rhythm.
Feeling the balance within.
Starting to notice any sounds around you.
You're sitting in a nature.
Right here some There are.

Others in your environment.
Just keep it awareness.
And let it go.
No matter where you are.
So what's the choice?
To become aware.
And let it go.
Feel how the breath is moving throughout the body.
Through the breath,
You connect deeper.
With your internal world.
Visualizing the breath moving.
From the vertex.
Lower end of the spine.
Up into the hips.
Into the lower back.
To the middle back.
Now upper back and shoulder blades.
Up through the neck.
Into the back of the head.
Top of the hat.
All the way up.
Through the crown.
Visualizing the flowing movement of the breath.
Around the root.
And to the crown.
Moving up.
And moving down.
Now becoming aware of the space underneath your buttocks.
Perhaps the mats you're sitting on,
The earth.
Chair.
Feel the softness.
The comfort.
Support underneath you.
Getting fully safe here.
Now become aware of the space above the head.
Perhaps there are trees.
Approve.
And about.

The sun or the moon.
The stars in the sky.
The cloud.
Simply put some awareness in a space above you.
Feeling that connection to the space below.
And the space above you.
Now let's become aware of the space around you.
Your inner room,
Visualize this space as beautiful peace of nature.
And visualize the animals around you.
How do they move?
How do they sound?
How do they smell?
What do you observe?
In this beautiful,
Natural place that you are.
What is catching your attention?
Their specific plants.
Or tree.
Animal or objects.
That is catching your attention.
All these objects or animals or plants.
Clearly in your vision.
Almost as if you're gazing at it.
What makes this unique?
Now you can look a little closer.
And observe the smaller fractions.
Of this object.
Animal flower or plant.
What forces were needed?
To create this object.
RPA.
Which elements of the nature?
Came together.
That shape.
This being.
This object.
And simply acknowledge.
The magic that lays.
In this part of the nature.
Acknowledge the sun that made it grow Acknowledge the gravity of the moon.
That made its existence possible.
Acknowledging the water.
The Mother Earth.
And her supplies.
The perfect amount.
Water.
Sun.
Gravity.
For it to exist.
Now you can Let go of the specific objects.
And zoom out.
What else is there around you?
Created by the forces and beauty of nature.
Now just observe.
So if you're a bird flying over this beautiful place in nature.
All the plants,
The trees Animals.
Little insect.
Grasses.
In the surface of the earth.
See all the little details.
The colors.
And imagine what it smells like.
What does it sound like?
Which colors do you see?
Which little features do you notice that make it unique?
Everything so beautifully unique.
How does the wind move?
How does the sun Create shades.
In harmony with the trees.
You simply notice.
Can you focus a little more?
And see things even more clearly.
Keep your attention.
Always coming back.
To that place in the nature.
You Always noticing.
Something else.
Something different.
It's equally beautiful.
Can you imagine?
How it would feel to be this unique.
Elements in nature.
That you observe.
What would you smell?
What would you hear?
What would you feel?
And ask,
What would allow me to thrive?
Is it more sun?
Water.
Love.
Does it feel love?
Does it feel joy?
Does it feel sadness?
Does it feel pain?
Does it feel the support?
The other elements in nature.
And the earth.
What resonates most with you?
Which elements in nature reflect back on.
On you.
Like you are.
What do we have in common with these elements?
And what does it say about what you need?
Do you feel that support?
From the air.
Do you feel the belonging?
Do you feel the love in your heart?
Feel how the nature is holding you.
And you hold the nature.
The nature is outside of you.
And the nature is within you.
The colors.
And smell.
The support and the love.
That what makes it thrive.
Comes from you.
And it comes back to you.
Feeling the cycles.
Reflecting outwards and inwards.
Acknowledging how the elements like the sun,
The moon,
The error is.

The elements,
Such as the air,
The water.
In the space.
All perfectly in balance.
To create this moment.
This life,
This world.
Exactly as it is.
Here and now.
Keep your awareness.
This moment.
And the magic that created this moment.
Feel how it moves through your breath.
Coming from within.
Blowing out.
Simply staying present here.
Feeling how your breath harmonizes with the breath of the earth.
At our becoming one.
Pulsating of the breath moving in and out.
Feeling it like a heartbeat.
Producing love.
Producing joy.
Producing presence.
Simply just to be here.
Here for you.
To feel safe.
Will hold you.
Ground truth.
Acknowledging the cycles and the rhythms of the nature.
As a reflection.
What you are.
Coming from the same source.
Thriving on the same elements.
Flowing and growing.
With the energy of the sun.
Grounding with the gravity of the moon.
Being helped.
By the structure of the earth.
Colorful like a flower.
Unique like an animal.
Round it like a tree.
Free like a bird.
Always transforming like a butterfly.
We are all that.
And it is all there is.
You can feel that breath moving through the heart center.
Opening up,
Feeling the love,
The compassion.
For yourself and all the elements.
The nature.
Open the heart.
The love you sent out reflects back on you.
And all there is.
Each little detail.
In every cosmic view.
Breathe again through the nose.
The heart.
And start to Become aware of the earth underneath.
The buttocks resting.
And the space underneath you.
Connection to the sun,
The moon above you.
And the space around you.
Becoming present in this moment.
Keeping the love and gratitude for yourself and the nature in your heart.
And gently move your hands.
Whatever you're not.
Some small circles.
And before opening your eyes,
Let's Just be grateful for.

What a space we're in.
For the beings around us.
Take a deep breath.
Exhale fully,
Let it out.
And gently open your eyes.
