Take a slow,
Deep breath in and gently exhale.
Allow your body to settle.
You don't have to do anything right now.
You don't have to figure out anything.
Just arrive.
This moment is for you.
Bring your awareness inward and notice if there's a part of you that has been holding on to something.
Something unclear.
Something inconsistent.
Something that feels like almost.
Almost chosen.
Almost understood.
Almost enough.
And just notice what that feels like in your body.
Not in your thoughts,
But in your body.
Is there tightness?
Heaviness?
Restlessness?
You don't have to change it.
Just acknowledge it.
Now gently bring your awareness to your breath.
Inhale slowly through your nose.
And exhale even slower.
Again,
Inhale.
And exhale.
Let your body begin to settle.
Not because everything is resolved,
But because you are here now.
And as you sit here,
I want you to hear this.
You were never meant to survive on crumbs.
You were never meant to guess.
You were never meant to chase.
To hold on to what barely holds you.
If something is meant for you,
It will meet you with clarity,
With consistency,
With presence.
And if it doesn't,
It is not yours to carry.
Notice what happens in your body as you consider that.
You don't have to force yourself to let go.
Just begin by loosening your grip.
You are allowed to choose what feels stable,
Even if it feels unfamiliar.
You are allowed to stop explaining your needs to people who benefit from you not having them.
You are allowed to want clarity and consistency.
And you are allowed to walk away from anything that cannot meet you there.
Take a slow breath in.
And exhale.
Feel your body here,
Grounded,
Supported.
You are not losing something.
You are returning to yourself.
And from this place,
You get to choose differently.
No more crumbs.
Take one final deep breath in.
And gently exhale.
And when you're ready,
Slowly return.
