Take a slow,
Gentle breath in and softly exhale.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your body settle.
You don't have to hold anything up right now.
You don't have to prove anything.
You don't have to be anything other than what you are in this moment.
Just arrive.
Bring your awareness inward.
Not to analyze,
But to gently notice.
Notice your breath.
The rise and the fall.
The quiet rhythm of your body.
And as you sit here,
I want you to hear this.
Not just in your mind,
But in your body.
You are loved and you are lovely.
Not because of what you've done.
Not because of how much you have given.
Not because of how well you have held everything together.
But because you exist.
Notice if there's any part of you that resists that.
That questions that.
Or pulls away from that.
You don't have to force yourself to believe it.
Just let the words sit with you.
You are loved.
And you are lovely.
Let your breath deepen just slightly.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Allow your body to soften.
Even just a little.
You don't have to chase love.
You don't have to earn love.
You don't have to become more to receive love.
The more you return to yourself,
The more you recognize what has always been there.
Stay here for a moment.
Breathing.
Receiving.
You are loved.
And you are lovely.
Take one final deep breath in.
And gently exhale.
And when you are ready,
Slowly return.
Namaste.
