We're going to call in our intuition,
Our inner knowing today.
So find a comfortable position.
You may be seated,
Lying down,
Standing,
Whatever feels best for you.
And once you feel like you're ready,
We will then gently close our eyes and we will then begin to feel into our environment,
Feel into your body.
Start to slow down a little bit.
We're going to do some gentle breathing.
So breathe in,
Hold,
Release.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Release,
Hold.
Do a longer release this time.
Breathe it out.
Really let all of that go.
So start to tune into the body.
Let's start at your head and move down your neck,
Down to your shoulders,
Down your chest,
Down your torso,
Down your hips,
Down your legs,
And down to your feet.
Really just start to feel your body.
Notice if any sensations came up.
You start to feel any part of your body start to feel a bit tingly.
Start to tune into that area.
And let's send your body so much love right now.
And let's start to keep the focus on the body.
If you're having any thoughts in your mind,
Simply imagine them floating,
Or you can imagine them going down a stream.
You can start to imagine those thoughts are just going down a river.
They're just mental cloudiness.
Sometimes you don't need to engage with any of those thoughts.
And if a thought pops up that's totally human,
Just let them keep going by.
We get to choose which thoughts we get to engage in.
So just keep gently breathing here,
Letting the mind do its thing,
And keep connecting with the body.
So you can find a place to really focus on the body.
For me,
Sometimes the feet feel like a place where they're a little bit more neutral down at the feet.
Now I want you to place your attention on the top of your head.
Start to really feel into that area.
Feel any space.
If you feel any coolness coming at the top of your head.
Feel any heat.
If you don't feel any temperature,
Just start to notice any sensations up there.
Start to really feel like your mind and your head and all of that area is starting to expand,
Starting to open.
And once you feel that area opened,
We're going to start to tap into our intuition.
So your intuition will come in a gentle,
Loving voice.
Or sometimes it might just come in as an inner knowing,
A feeling.
Sometimes you might hear any words,
Any phrases.
But it's going to come in in a gentle,
Soothing way.
You'll know if the thought is not meant for you.
In that moment is when it's coming through in a very loud,
Aggressive,
Or like an urgency.
So we're going to start to tune into that gentle,
Loving,
Inner knowing,
Inner voice.
We're just going to give it a minute to really open up,
To let it flood into our bodies.
Once you feel like you are connected,
You can then start to ask your intuition any questions that you might have.
You can keep them open-ended.
Anything that allows you to feel like you can receive any message for what you are needing a little bit of guidance on.
Or if you don't want to ask a question,
That's totally fine too.
You can also just sit in this space and just sit for now.
I'm going to give it a couple moments and remember this is coming through in a gentle,
Loving way.
Once you feel like you've connected in,
You started to get messages,
Great.
If not,
That's okay too.
Sometimes silence is just all that we need in that moment.
You can then continue to ask questions to your intuition.
You can ask for any guidance,
Any messages.
Sometimes you might get these visually.
Again,
Any words,
Anything that comes in through will come in in a gentle,
Loving way.
We'll give it a couple more moments here.
Once you feel like you're ready,
Take any insight that you've gotten and know that you will take this beyond this time here together.
You'll now start to visualize or you can sense anything close up above your head.
So any any energy that you'd send out there,
Just start to imagine it gently close back.
And when you have felt that that is completely close,
We're then going to tune into our heart space.
This is the color green.
You can sense the color green.
You can visualize it.
But start to send yourself so much love.
Feel grateful for your intuition,
For any guidance you may receive today,
And remind yourself that you can trust yourself.
You can trust your inner knowing.
You can trust the path that you're on.
You are always being guided.
Take another breath in together.
Hold.
Release.
When you feel ready,
Start to move your body a little bit.
Start to blink open your eyes.
Start to feel into your space again.
