Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this throat chakra clearing meditation. My intention today is to guide you through a beautiful process of removing any negative energy, Fear or limitations when it comes to using your voice. Let's start by getting nice and comfy, Sitting or lying in a comfortable position, Letting all of the thoughts melt away, All the wiggles go as you get yourself nice and relaxed. Let's start by taking a nice big breath in and releasing out and taking another breath in and releasing out, Relaxing each muscle as you exhale each time, Breathing in and exhale. You might like to have a sigh as you exhale, Letting your jaw unclench, Relaxing the tiny muscles behind your eyes, Relaxing your shoulders, Letting your hands and your feet and your legs go floppy and just honouring the fact that you are here today to step into your authentic voice and part of that means removing the blocks. So starting to close your eyes and imagine a beautiful well in front of you of pure divine water, Moving towards the well, You start feeling heavy and relaxed knowing that you are safe here today in this sacred work. Starting to look into this beautiful well and seeing a reflection of who you are now, Taking in what you see, Whatever thoughts are coming up that's okay, Seeing this person with a state of readiness to accept and to embrace this person that you are today. Starting to imagine yourself floating into that well now, Into that beautiful clear blue water, You start to sink down, Down, Down, Deeper and deeper into this well, Going more and more relaxed. The water around you starts to swirl and fizz and bubble, Moving through you now, Cleansing and clearing any negative energy that is inside your body. With each inhale, Breathing in opportunity, Clarity and truth. With each exhale, Releasing the fear, The doubt and the worry. Floating down at the bottom of the well now, You start to see a door open in front of you. Slowly moving towards this door, You open the handle and you step into a beautiful meadow. There is a clear, Clean glass of water in front of you to refresh you on your journey. Taking a sip and setting an intention for what you would like to receive today. Seeing a small child starting to appear in front of you, You realize that this child is you. Starting to take in how old they are, What they're wearing, How they're feeling. Maybe they're holding something for you today. Starting to walk towards that child, Letting them know that they're safe with you, That you're here to hold space for them today. Holding out your hands and letting the child take you to where you need to go to remember that first time that you expressed your voice with love and joy. Receiving that beautiful memory, Taking note where you are, What are you doing, Who are you with. Taking in all of the sensations around you as you bask in this beautiful moment of your authentic expression. Feeling that memory start to turn into a beautiful ball of light in front of you and the child. As you both hold this together, The ball of light connects you both and moves into your chest. Activating your heart and letting it spread out throughout your body. Remaining open to what comes next, You now ask the child if there are any areas that you are holding back that need to be removed. Any fear and any negative blocks associated with your voice. Allowing this to become present wherever it needs to be in your body. It could be a vision, It could be a feeling, It could be a sound. Allowing this to come now. You see this energy start to form outside of you into a ball. Pouring everything into this space, Letting it fill up everything that is no longer serving you and your highest good. Letting that ball of energy now drift away from you into the light to be transmuted. Thanking the child for showing you what you have seen today. Now letting your child walk away from you with joy and light. Starting to come back through the door, Back into the well. You feel yourself coming back up, Up, Up. All the way back into your physical body. Breathing in new energy, New opportunity and new light. Exhaling peace. Coming back into your body now. Letting that settle. Starting to open your eyes when you are ready.
