Hey gorgeous soul,

Welcome to this heart-centered meditation where we'll tend to your heart garden and nurture the flowers of love and compassion.

Place your hands over your heart center,

Take a deep breath in and let's dive into the warmth and light of your heart,

Surrounded by the soothing and nurturing green light of the heart chakra.

Imagine your heart as a beautiful garden filled with vibrant flowers that represent love,

Kindness and compassion.

When your heart chakra is balanced,

This garden blooms with ease and your heart overflows with warmth and generosity.

You feel connected to yourself and others and your relationships flourish,

But sometimes this garden can become overgrown with weeds of self-doubt,

Fear or past hurts.

The flowers may begin to wilt and your heart may feel heavy or closed off.

You might struggle to connect with others or feel empathy and understanding.

In this meditation,

We'll tend to your heart garden,

Nurturing the flowers of love and compassion.

We'll gently prune away the weeds of negativity,

Allowing your heart to open and radiate warmth and kindness.

As we begin,

Take a moment to notice how your heart is feeling.

Is it open and expansive or closed off and guarded?

Allow yourself to acknowledge any emotions or sensations in your heart space.

Notice if you're feeling a sense of warmth and connection or perhaps a sense of distance or disconnection.

Do you feel like your heart is thriving or is it in need of some nourishment?

Are there any areas of your life where you're feeling drained or depleted?

Allow yourself to gently acknowledge these feelings without judgment.

By taking a moment to tune into your current state,

You can better understand what your heart needs in this moment.

Perhaps it needs a gentle tune-up or maybe it requires some deeper nourishment.

Whatever the case,

Allow yourself to approach this meditation with kindness and compassion.

Just like the air element associated with the heart chakra,

Our breath is a powerful tool for transformation.

Let's harness this energy to nurture our hearts and cultivate love.

As you inhale,

Imagine fresh green energy entering through the crown of your head,

Flowing down through your body and gathering in your heart center.

Feel your chest lift,

Your collarbones rise and your heart expand with love and compassion.

As the breath fills your heart,

Visualize a vibrant green glowing radiating from this area.

Imagine this green light expanding,

Nurturing your heart and entire body.

As you exhale,

Imagine any tension,

Stress or negativity gently releasing from your body,

Allowing you to relax and let go.

Let's repeat this process,

Breathing in love and kindness and exhaling any tension or stress.

As we do,

Repeat the following phrases to yourself.

I breathe in love as you inhale and I breathe out kindness as you exhale.

Now let's move into affirmations that will help us nurture our heart chakra and promote love,

Compassion and kindness.

Repeat these affirmations after me,

Silently to yourself.

I love and accept myself exactly as I am.

Feel the green energy spreading throughout your body.

As the music reaches its final notes,

Allow the sound of gentle wind chimes to gently guide you back to the present moment.

Slowly begin to bring your attention back to your breath,

Feeling the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Feeling refreshed,

Renewed and filled with love.

Your heart is full of love and your spirit is full of light.

You are loved,

You are worthy and you are enough.
