Welcome to your Solar Plexus Chakra Visualisation.

Enjoy setting your intention to radiate your own power in the world.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is the third of the seven chakras and it spins in the area around the abdomen,

Above the belly button,

Up to the breastbone.

Meaning lustrous gem in Sanskrit,

The third of the chakras provides a source of personal power and relates to self-esteem,

Warrior energy and the power of transformation.

Most of us have energetic blocks and imbalances as well as energy-sabotaging habits that prevent us from accessing our full vitality,

Which leads us to feel exhausted,

Dull,

Even ill.

So let's awaken every cell in your body and awaken and rejoice in this third chakra visualisation.

When you're ready,

Begin by finding yourself a space that allows you to be comfortable,

Either seated or lying.

Make any adjustments that you need to,

To allow yourself to relax and release.

Gently close your eyes and try to allow your eyelids to grow heavy.

If sitting down,

Make sure your spine is well supported,

Your legs are uncrossed and your feet flat on the floor.

Relax your shoulders and gently rest your hands in your lap.

If lying down,

Relax your head.

Soften your shoulders away from your ears.

Find length in your spine.

Allow your arms to relax at 45 degrees to the body,

Palms facing up and fingers slightly curled.

Relax your legs and allow your feet to gently drop out naturally to the side.

Now bring your attention into your breath.

Breathing in and out through the nose.

Drawing your breath deep over your vocal cords.

Slowly breathing in 2,

3 and out 2,

3.

At the same time,

Slowly allow your mind to become clear of any thoughts,

Worries or concerns for today and just focus on your breath.

If you are already feeling self-confident,

Have a strong sense of purpose and are self-motivated,

Chances are your third chakra is open and healthy.

If you are experiencing chakra imbalance,

You may be suffering from low self-esteem,

Have difficulty making decisions and may have anger or control issues.

Allow this guided visualisation to open the path to power,

A transformation and summon your inner warrior.

Think of your belly as the furnace of your body.

A radiating yellow heat,

Fueling your desire for change.

To be more creative and more confident.

As you sit or lie and listen to this guided visualisation,

I invite you to bring your third eye to create images of a burning flame,

A candle flame,

An open outdoor fire or burning fire in a fireplace.

You may have not ever really noticed the intricate and subtle deviation of yellows and gold hues of a flame or sunset,

But your subconscious will have.

Recall these images now.

So you may take yourself now to perhaps an open campfire,

Sitting with family and friends,

Laughing and enjoying each other's company,

Or sitting in a comfortable place in your house,

Watching the slow flicker of a candle.

The flame is completely warm and inviting.

You feel at peace.

You feel calm.

And as you let go,

You discover that you are sinking deeper and deeper into relaxation.

You breathe in this beautiful scene that is playing out in front of you.

You start to call on your other memories of your senses.

The sound of the fire crackling and its vibrant light is very soothing and calming.

Allow yourself to breathe slowly and rhythmically.

Focus on the golden yellow light.

Breathe and draw the light into your body.

Allow it to cascade down your shoulders and over your chest.

Move your breath down to your low belly.

With each inhale that you take,

Watch the yellow flame grow just a little bit brighter.

Imagine a warmth spreading from this area of your body and filling you from the inside out.

Before I leave you to journey on your own,

Let's repeat these three mantras for change together,

Silently,

In your own mind,

Using your inhale and exhale.

Repeat after me silently.

As I take on new challenges,

I feel calm,

Confident and powerful.

On your next inhale,

I feel motivated to pursue my purpose.

Lay or sit here now and be absorbed and warmed by the yellow flow.

Return to the imagery of the campfire or candle flame should you feel your thoughts return from this meditation.

When next you hear the sound of the ringing of bowls,

You know it will be time to come back to this present moment.

My voice will be waiting for you there.

Slowly now,

Begin to become aware once more of your breath.

Allow once again the yellow light of the third chakra warming from your center to your outer limbs.

Begin to become aware once more of your breath.

That gentle inhale and exhale.

Bring your attention to the sounds around you and when you are ready,

Gently start to open your eyes.

Signs that you need to return to this meditation are when feeling low in self-esteem,

Aggression towards yourself or someone else and feelings of being overly dominating toward others.

Fire teaches us that power results from combining and integrating rather than fighting and dominating.

Remember there is ease and grace in true power and you are powerful beyond measure.
