This is a guided meditation for self-trust,
Healing,
And remembering who you are.
This meditation is dedicated to my yogi and spirit-filled sister Krista,
Who recently passed away.
Her light,
Continues to shine and live on through every life that she touched.
She believed deeply in prayer and kindness.
In our ability to be light for one another in this world.
And now her love continues to ripple outward.
I love you,
Krista.
This is for you.
This is also for anyone learning to trust themselves again.
May this practice remind you that the wisdom and light you seek has always lived within you.
You are love.
You are light.
You are peace.
Let's meditate together.
Find a comfortable position.
Allow the body to settle.
Shoulders soften.
Take a slow,
Deep inhale through the nose.
And softly exhale through the mouth.
Breathe in deeply.
And letting go.
One more time,
Inhale.
And exhale.
Now simply listen.
Be with your breath,
Be with your body.
Be one with this moment.
Listen.
Listen beneath the music.
Beneath the thoughts.
Listen beneath any heaviness that you have been carrying.
Notice the quiet rhythm of your breath.
The steady rise and fall of your chest.
The simple miracle that you are here.
In this moment.
With this breath.
You are becoming.
Now imagine with every inhale.
Tiny particles of golden light begin entering your body.
Warm.
Gentle.
Healing.
Breathe this light into the center of your chest.
Making its way to your heart center.
And with each exhale.
Allow yourself to release the pressure to hold everything together here.
Breathe in light.
Breathe out.
Tension.
Breathe in trust.
Breathe out fear.
Slowly now the breath becomes softer.
Breath becomes deeper.
Gentler.
Imagine this warm light moving through every pore in your body.
Touching every place inside you that has felt tired.
This light shines in every place that has doubted itself within you.
This light shines in every place in you that has forgotten its worth.
Simply breathe.
You are full of light.
Every cell in your being full of light.
You don't need to become worthy.
You already are.
You don't need to become light.
You are light.
You are simply remembering.
Take another deep breath in.
Exhale,
Fully release.
If it feels supportive,
Place your hands over your heart.
Feel the warmth beneath your palms.
Feel your own presence here in this moment.
And silently ask yourself,
What if I stopped doubting myself?
What if I trusted that I am already becoming who I am meant to be?
Pause.
Breathe.
No need to force an answer.
Allow the possibilities to settle into your heart center,
Your heart center that is full of divine light.
And remember.
Obstacles are often detours in the right direction.
This path may not have unfolded the way you expected.
Life may have broken you open in ways you never planned for.
But even these difficult seasons have shaped you.
Softened you,
Strengthened you.
Guided you back toward yourself.
Take a deep breath in.
And let that truth settle into your body with the exhale.
Again,
Deep breath in.
Exhale,
Release completely.
Now silently or out loud,
Repeat to yourself.
I am light.
I am healing.
I am stronger than I realize.
I trust myself.
I carry wisdom within me.
I am not defined by my hardest moments.
I am becoming.

Now imagine a small spark of light glowing in the center of your chest.
Maybe it's tiny at first,
But steady.
It's alive,
It's sacred.
With every breath,
This light grows brighter and bigger.
Brighter and bigger.
Until your entire heart space is illuminated with white golden light.
This light is your courage.
This light is your truth.
This light is the deepest part of you.
Of who you are beneath all the fear.
You are not the expectations placed upon you.
You are not the mistakes you have made.
You are not the painful stories you carry about yourself.
You are something deeper.
Something whole.
Something sacred beneath it all.
You are light.
And now allow this light to move through your entire body into your lungs.
Your shoulders.
Your stomach.
Your spine.
Your hips.
Your legs and feet.
Your arms and hands.
Your throat.
Your mind.
Every cell awakening with warmth and peace.
Every cell remembering the love,
The light,
And the strength within you.
Imagine this light expanding beyond your physical body now.
Surrounding you completely.
A radiant field of calm.
Of strength,
Of possibility.
Feel yourself resting inside this beautiful glow.
Safe enough to soften.
Safe enough to heal.
Safe enough to trust yourself again.
And perhaps now.
You can see.
This version of yourself,
This grounded.
Peaceful,
Confident,
Whole,
Beautiful human.
Notice the steadiness in your energy.
The softness in your eyes.
The wisdom.
That you carry.
And remember.
This version of you has always existed.
You are light.
Hands on your heart.
Repeat out loud or silently within.
I trust the light within me.
I trust the path unfolding.
I believe in myself.
I am love.
I am light.
I am peace.
And as we bring this meditation to a close.
Know that your light is always available to you.
In moments of uncertainty.
In moments of transition.
In moments when you forget your own strength.
Your light remains.
Always.
You can bring your awareness to the room and silently or out loud,
