Michelle is passionate about how the change we want to see in the world starts inside ourselves. She works at the interface of personal change and systems change, accompanying individuals and groups as they explore how to make a contribution in the world with both purpose and joy. She is the Founder of The Great Full, which offers courses, a community, a podcast and book to help people explore their role in leading themselves, others and change towards a more just, generative and joyful future. She is a certified leadership coach (ICF Accredited to the PCC Level), a certified yoga and meditation teacher (500+ Hours Yoga Alliance Certified) and has over 20 years experience working in research and education in sustainability and food systems. On Insight Timer, Michelle shares practices that help you reconnect to a calm, grounded and present place as a foundation for your contribution in the world.
