Over 15 years ago, she began the journey of yoga just for physical exercise, not yet aware of all the benefits that the yoga lifestyle can provide. Once realized, she jumped in 100%, noticing the healing, growth and overall peace that came with it! Now, as a yoga instructor (500 hour-Registered with Yoga Alliance), Meditation writer/composer and Certified Sound Music & Sound Therapy Instructor (Texas State University), she loves all things that open and expand the human experience, going deep into the mind to create relaxation, clear vision and uncovering the beauty that is already within each of us! As a musician, her husband jumped on the sound healing wagon and they now host sound healing events all over the North Texas/Oklahoma area.
