Shubhana,

Author of Unlearn Your Pain,

States that sometimes our bodies don't realize when a stressful time is over.

Stress and or pain can become chronic when we don't truly allow ourselves to see that a situation has completely finished.

In this meditation called It's Over,

We're going to acknowledge that something difficult is now done.

It could simply be a tough day.

It could also be something that happened to you a long time ago.

You decide what you would like to acknowledge is over.

Take a deep breath in and a long slow exhale out.

One more time,

Deep breath in and a long slow exhale out.

Now stretch out with your energy.

See if you can feel your whole energy field from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

And now see if you can feel your whole aura which will be like an egg that's all around you about the length of an outstretched arm all around you.

Above,

Below,

Around your sides,

In front of you,

Behind you,

About the length of an outstretched arm.

And I'll give you some time to really feel your own energy.

Now feel your energy expand.

Expand your energy a little bit.

And visualize your energy field becoming a massive bright white light.

And now acknowledge to yourself in real time with me.

All of me is 100 percent in present time.

There is no part of me that is in the past.

That time of my life is over.

That time made me stronger.

Because of that time I developed a new internal strength.

That situation can never happen again because I am not the person now that I was then.

If that situation comes around again I am not afraid because I've already been through it and I know I'm stronger now.

So I welcome life to take its course.

I am ready for new things now.

I can face my future with courage.

I am stronger now than I was then.

As a shortcut to the soul work I have done in this meditation,

I know that when I want 100 percent of my energy in present time,

All I have to do is stop for a moment and visualize my energy in white light from top to toe.

And if I make my energy expand just a little bit,

I know nothing can touch me.

All right so that was just a short little process today.

I'm going to guide our energy back into the room.

Feel your fingers,

Wriggle your fingers,

Wriggle your toes and at the sound of the bell come back into the room.
