This short practice is a great habit to get into every morning and night to start and end your day in the highest vibration.
Once you've done this practice a few times with the guided meditation you will be able to do it yourself whenever you feel the need for a clearing or rebooting of your energy.
It's best if you close your eyes to assist you in the visualization process of the light.
I find this meditation most effective when I'm lying down flat with my eyes closed but you can also do this sitting,
Standing or walking if you are able to visualize the light with ease.

Whatever works for you right now create a sacred moment for yourself to activate this process.
Settle yourself in your chosen position.
Feel yourself relax into the moment.
If it feels good for you please close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and relax your jaw.
On the exhale release all that is no longer serving you allowing yourself to relax even deeper.
Take a deep breath in and exhale feeling fully supported by the earth beneath you.
And now imagine that there is a powerful white brilliant light above your head dazzling as it's waiting for you to summon it.
So take a deep breath in inhaling the sparkling bright white iridescent light from the crown of your head and exhale and breathe it through your third eye,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your solar plexus,
Your sacral and your root chakras.
On an inhale expand the brilliance of this pure iridescent light and as you exhale spread this white light along your spinal column clearing,
Cleansing and purifying you back into the alignment of your chakra system.
Feel this radiant white light.
Take another deep breath in inhaling more of this beautiful bright white iridescent light from the crown of your head and exhale it through your third eye,
Your throat,
Your heart,
Your solar plexus,
Your sacral and your root chakras.
As you inhale envisage this dazzling light becoming even brighter and on an exhale see the brilliant white light expanding as it cleanses,
Purifies and clears your central column back into the highest alignment of your chakra powerhouses.
Now take another deep breath of this white light from your crown chakra and this time on an exhale bring the powerful bright white light through your primary chakras and even further down all the way to your earth star chakra that is a few inches below your feet and on an inhale feel the brightness of this dazzling light intensify in the center of your body and on an exhale sense the brilliant white light expanding out to every single cell of your being as it brightens even more see it clearing,
Purifying and neutralizing every single cell back to zero point,
Re-energizing and revitalizing every single one back to its highest potential.
Once again take a deep breath in of this brilliant white light and exhale it through your crown chakra as you bring it down through your primary chakras and all the way down to your earth star chakra below your feet and on an inhale feel the brilliance of the white light intensify.
On an exhale experience the pure white light spreading out to every corner of your being as it intensifies further it is cleansing,
Clearing,
Purifying and neutralizing each cell back to zero point,
Refreshing every single one back into its highest potential.
Let's take one final breath of the white light inhale a powerful deep breath in from your crown chakra all the way down through your primary chakras and further down to your earth star chakra and as you exhale observe the bright iridescent brilliant white light as it blasts out powerfully to every single chakra and cell neutralizing each one back into its highest alignment.
Feel that the potent brilliance of this white light has fully cleansed you of anything and everything that is not of the highest divine light and now that we're entirely cleansed it's time to bring through the powerful golden ray.
Imagine pure brilliant golden shimmering liquid light above your head that is now ready to pour through your entire system on your command to fill every part of you to rebalance and restore you to complete harmony.
On an inhale breathe in this golden shimmering luminous light from the crown feeling it as if it is a thick golden gorgeous liquid moving all the way down through your head down through your throat your arms your chest your back and filling all of your organs with this gorgeous golden energy.
With every inhale you increase the golden light flowing into you and with every exhale it expands further.
Continue to bring it all the way down through your hips through your legs and down through your feet to the earth star chakra immersing yourself fully in this golden light energy feeling it rebalancing and reharmonizing every cell into its optimum highest vibrational most joyful frequency so that every part of you is able to operate at its highest level fully harmonized and rebalanced from the inside out.
Relish in the delight of all of your cells being reset refreshed and realigned back into their natural purified and elevated state revitalizing and re-energizing you into the highest divine alignment of your energetic chakra system feeling completely energized and refreshed.
