Welcome to day 10 of the Lionsgate journey. Today we honour the Sun in Leo. The energy of radiance. Expression. And being fully seen. Close your eyes. Sit tall. Lift your chest slightly. Relax your shoulders. Feel the difference between making yourself smaller. And allowing yourself to take up your rightful space. Take a breath Imagine the sun above you. Not pouring into you. But illuminating you. Showing you what has always been there. Your creativity. Your wisdom. Your uniqueness. The lion does not ask the world. If it is allowed to shine. It simply shines. Today you are invited to practice that same remembrance. Breathing in. Breathing in presence. Breathing out hesitation. Breathing in, Breathing in confidence and breathing out the need to hide. Now.
