So make yourself comfortable in your bed,

Allow them to gently close now.
Allow your arms and legs to be in a position that is comfortable for you.
Comfort is your priority right now.
Allow the day to melt away.
Whatever has been,

Will come.
Right now,
All you have is now.
Your feet,
Let them become relaxed and loosened.
Your back and head,
Allow them to find a position that is comfortable.
Now,
Gradually begin to notice your breath.
Notice how your stomach rises and falls as the breath enters and leaves your body.
Relaxation comes all by itself.
All sounds around you flow past you.
They help you to relax more and more.
You hear the sound of my voice.
It relaxes you deeper and deeper.
I'm now going to count from 10 to 1.
And as I do,
Allow yourself to let go more and more.
You sink from 10 to 9.
At 9,
