Let your body settle,
Allow your shoulders to soften,
Your jaw to unclench,
And your hands to rest.
Take a slow,
Deep breath,
And exhale gently through your mouth.
Invite in calm and let go of any heaviness that you've been carrying with you today.
Now focus on your heart space.
There's no need to change anything,
Just notice.
Notice the warmth,
The quiet presence.
Now,
Start to imagine a soft light coming from your chest.
Allow this light to represent hope.
With each inhale,
Feed this light.
With each exhale,
Allow it to get bigger and to expand.
Allow this warmth to spread through your chest and through the rest of your body.
If any doubts or worries are coming up for you,
That's so normal and so okay.
You get to acknowledge them and then keep returning to the light.
Repeat to yourself out loud or in your own head,
I am open to possibility.
I am fully supported.
Good things are unfolding for me.
Feel into the light of hope moving throughout your body,
Grounding you,
Supporting you,
Lifting you up.
Take one more deep breath in and exhale with a sense of trust.
