Contemplations on my heels by Sol Lin I will take a closer look at myself. I hope you do too. I love how yummy radical self-trust can be. Meeting the same moment differently We picked up right where we left off, And not in the best way. They had the same thing to say. They say they've changed. They say it's different now. And yet the question isn't different. It sounds familiar. Too familiar. Why are you asking the same thing? Why does it land the same way? We've been here before. That's when I pause. Because change isn't something we announce. And growth isn't something we claim. We recognize it by how we respond when the same moment appears again. So here it is. The same person. The same dynamic. The same question. Dressed a little differently. Presented with more care. But still. The same. And now the real inquiry begins. How do I respond now? With what I've learned. With what I've lived. With who I've become. Have I grown? Have I changed? And this time, I don't answer from habit. I answer from who I am now. This was my contemplation on my heels.
