Take a deep breath and release the energy of the workday.

Notice where you hold tension,

Your shoulders,

Jaw or hands.

With every exhale,

Allow the stress of the day to melt away.

Imagine yourself walking down a long hallway.

With each step,

The weight of the workday begins to fade.

At the end of the hallway,

There's a doorway,

A threshold between work and home,

Effort and ease.

As you step through,

You leave behind the pressures,

Deadlines and demands.

On the other side,

You enter your sanctuary,

A place of warmth,

Comfort and peace.

Feel the shift in energy as you cross over.

The air is lighter,

Your body is softer.

You are home within yourself.

Take a moment to acknowledge the efforts of your day.

Let go of any lingering stress,

Unfinished tasks or worries.

Silently say to yourself,

I release the day.

I allow myself to unwind.

Breathe in calm,

Allow yourself to transition fully into your evening.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes and step into your personal time with ease and relaxation.
