Find a comfortable space where you will not be distracted or disturbed.
You can sit or lie down for this meditation,
Allowing your body to fully relax.
Gently close your eyes and take a slow,
Deep breath in,
And then exhale fully.
Take another deep breath in through the nose,
And pull that breath all the way down deep into the lower stomach area,
And then let that go back up through the mouth.
Take another deep breath in through the nose,
All the way deep down into the lower belly,
And this time as you exhale,
Imagine that it's pulling out all the distractions,
Obligations,
And things that you're carrying with you in your energy.
Releasing that with the breath.
And returning your breath back to normal.
Imagine yourself standing in scenery that is peaceful and safe.
This could be a garden,
A temple,
A quiet forest,
Or any other place where you feel completely safe and calm.
And as you stand in this place,
Take a moment to look around and take in the full presence of this place.
Smelling the air,
Feeling the atmosphere on your skin,
Noticing the colors,
And any sounds around you.
Become one with this space.
And as you look around,
You see in front of you a beautiful,
Radiant mirror.
And you begin to take a step towards this mirror.
Walking towards the mirror,
The closer you get to the mirror,
You realize that this is not just any normal mirror.
This is a mirror of truth,
Clarity,
And deep reflection.
Its surface shimmers with light,
Inviting you to leap into the experience,
Looking closer at your reflection,
And seeing all the truth and clarity looking right back at you.
As you gaze into this mirror,
You begin to see the reflection emerging,
Not just of your physical self,
But your true self.
As you look at this reflection,
Notice their face.
Is it glowing,
Peaceful,
Or confident?
Observe their posture.
Do they stand tall,
Relaxed,
Or filled with grace?
How do they move through the world,
Walking with purpose and ease,
With joy?
As you look deeper into this reflection,
You know this is you,
The real you.
Free from fear,
Doubt,
Or limitation.
As you look at this reflection of your true self,
Ask yourself these questions.
How do you see yourself?
What does your true self look like?
What are your greatest strengths and gifts?
What wisdom do you carry deep within you?
Allow the answers to rise naturally.
Perhaps words will come,
Or images,
Or simply a feeling of knowing.
Trust whatever comes through.
And just take a moment to observe the energy,
Light,
And power radiating from your true version of yourself.
As you see this reflection in the mirror,
A deep knowing begins to come over you.
That this reflection is not separate from you.
It is you.
With each breath,
You feel yourself merging with this reflection.
Allow their confidence,
Love,
And wisdom to flow into your whole being.
Knowing that these qualities are already within you,
Waiting to be expressed in your daily life.
And say to yourself,
I see myself clearly.
I honor my true self.
I embrace my gifts and share them with the world.
Looking deep into the eyes of the reflection of your true self.
Take a deep breath and exhale.
Looking into the mirror and thanking your true self for showing up today.
Reminding yourself that this is who you are and who you can access within yourself at any moment and any time.
And as you're looking deep into the mirror,
To the reflection of your true self.
Slowly,
The mirror begins to fade.
But the connection you made with your true self remains strong within you.
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Back to your body.
Back to the present moment.
Remembering that your true self is within you at all times.
Taking this experience with you throughout the rest of your day.
And when you are ready,
Gently opening your eyes.
And sharing with the world your most authentic version of yourself.
If you wish to continue,
Take a moment to write down or reflect on any thoughts and insights.
The image you saw or the feelings that arose during this meditation.
And carry with you the affirmation,
I am connected to my true self.
I see my gifts clearly.
And I trust my unique light.
