In this meditation you will be guided through connecting with your own energy in order to expand your consciousness and energy to extend it outward to connect with your Spirit Guides and Loved ones in Spirit.

I encourage you to find a comfortable position in a place where you'll be undistracted.

If you need,

Use headphones to do this meditation so that you can block out any sounds around you.

During this meditation,

We are going to learn how to connect with our own energy.

Connecting with your own energy gives you the ability to be aware of any subtle changes or shifts in your energy field to connect with spiritual beings,

Loved ones,

Your guides around you.

So as you come into this comfortable position,

I invite you to drop your eyes shut and bring your awareness to the breath.

Begin to pay attention to how your breath is moving in and out.

Just allow yourself to be present with your own breath without any judgment,

Releasing any expectations of the day,

Any ideas of what you should be doing in the moment.

Just being fully present with your own breath,

Your own present moment,

Your own body,

And your own energy.

I invite you to do a quick scan of your body to see if there's any tension that needs to be released,

Checking in with your forehead,

Your neck,

Your jaw,

Your shoulders and arms,

Your chest and stomach,

Just allowing it all to relax into your hips and legs,

Even your hands and feet.

Being completely relaxed,

Letting go,

And being fully in this present moment.

And as your body relaxes,

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

Bringing in a deep breath through your nose,

All the way down into your stomach,

Holding that breath for just a moment before releasing it out your mouth slowly.

And do this again,

Taking a deep breath in through your nose,

All the way down into your stomach,

Holding for a moment,

And then releasing slowly out of your mouth.

And then do that one more time,

The deep breath in through your nose,

All the way down into your stomach,

Holding,

And then releasing out of your mouth.

And as you are in this relaxed state,

Bring your awareness to the clothing you have on your body,

On your skin.

Allow yourself to feel all the sensations of what it feels like to have the clothing on your body.

And as you do this,

Tune in even closer to your skin.

Begin to sense an energy field around you.

Maybe you can feel the energy on your arms,

The back of your neck,

The top of your head.

Maybe it's in your forehead or your chest.

Try not to judge what you're feeling or sensing,

Just allow yourself to completely become aware of your own energetic field.

This is your aura.

This is the aura of your higher self,

Your spirit.

Tune in even more to this energy field.

If it feels hard to tune into the entire body,

Pick one place on the body to tune into and just focus on the energy right above your skin.

What does it feel like?

Is there a tingling?

Is there a coolness?

Is there a warmth?

Try not to judge what comes up for you,

Just allow it to be.

Just feeling your own energy.

And as you've been able to feel this energy,

Begin to expand this energy field outward around your entire body.

If it helps,

Imagine that there is an orb of light moving outward from your body.

Begin to expand this energy as far out as the walls of the room that you are in,

Filling up the entire room with your own energy field.

By doing this,

You are raising your vibration and your energy to expand outward to the spirit realm that is already around you.

Getting in touch with your own energy will help you be able to pick up any sensations or subtle changes in your energy field around you and connect with the spirit realm.

Just sit in this energy and this expanded awareness and get to know your own self in this energy.

The more time you spend in your own energy,

The more you'll be able to connect with the energies around you.

Anytime you feel like you're being distracted or not focused on the energy,

Just bring your awareness back if you need to,

All the way to the breath and then to your skin and then your energy field,

Expanding it back outward and do it as many times as you need to before you are able to feel comfortable just being in the present moment with your own energy.

Don't forget to breathe as you do this.

Breathing and basking in your own aura,

In your own energy field,

Expanding it outward,

Upward,

Around and below you,

Increasing the vibration of your body,

Opening up the consciousness,

Allowing you to connect with your own spirit.

When you feel ready,

You can bring your awareness back to your breath and to your body,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Moving slowly,

Opening your eyes and coming back to the present moment.

I encourage you to keep the awareness of your energy field connected with you at all times as you walk throughout the day.

This will help you begin to notice little subtle changes in the energy field or any connections you might have with the spiritual realm that maybe you haven't noticed before.

It may even bring awareness to emotions and feelings of those around you.

Try not to become overwhelmed or take these in as your own.

Remember to keep the bubble of light around you protecting you in your energy field.

Come back to this meditation daily if you can until you're able to sit in your own energy and connect to it with ease.
