Hello and welcome to your life vision meditation.
Your life vision is who you want to become and the life you want to design.
It's the ultimate lifestyle that will bring you joy and fulfillment.
It should create excitement,
Make you smile and give you goosebumps as you imagine it becoming true.
When you consciously align your choices with your life vision,
You feel a profound sense of meaning and discover that you're truly living life to its fullest.
You are on your way to your successful life.
The first step to a successful life is to craft a life vision that inspires,
Challenges and motivates you.
Something to look forward to.
So sit down or lie down now somewhere comfortable where you won't be disturbed.
Turn your phone off,
Light a candle perhaps or diffuse some essential oils.
This is a moment of self-care so make it as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
Make sure you have a glass of water and a pen and paper nearby.
You can pause this recording to get ready.
Now when you're ready,
I want you to know that there's no right or wrong.
This guided visualization may only inspire you to feel things,
You might see things,
You might see yourself,
People,
Things you might sense,
Feelings.
You might see nothing and feel nothing and there's no right or wrong.
Meditation is a practice because it develops and it gets more powerful as you practice it.
So revisit this meditation as often as you want.
Take a big breath in if it feels good.
And let it all out.
Now imagine walking through a cinema.
Perhaps you can even smell the popcorn.
You might be able to see the decor and people around you.
Approach the ticket counter now and receive your ticket.
As you look at the title you notice that it is the story of your life a few years from now.
Examine the ticket now,
Perhaps noting the title of the movie and the year of your life they will be presenting.
How old will you be?
Make your way to your seat now.
And as you settle into your comfortable chair,
Perhaps you want to take a deep breath and prepare yourself to watch the movie of your future self.
The lights dim now and the screen in front of you comes to life.
The film begins and you start to see a projection of yourself in the future,
Living the life you desire.
Observe the scene,
Your surroundings and the people in your future life.
Where are you?
What are you wearing?
Who are you with?
What is your facial expression?
Now the movie shows a variety of scenes where you can see your future self engaging in various activities,
Hobbies,
Work.
What are they showing you?
What are you doing in this life that you desire?
What kind of people or cause are you involved in?
Who are you helping?
How are you making the world a better place?
Look at your future self now.
What makes them happy?
What makes them thrive?
I will be silent for a little while now.
Keep breathing and simply observe whatever comes to you.
Perhaps you might see yourself speaking to you now through the screen.
Perhaps they want to deliver an important message to you,
An advice or words of encouragement.
What do they want you to know?
What do they want you to do?
Wriggle your toes and your fingers now.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breathing and in your own time slowly open your eyes.
Take a few deep breaths and reflect on your experience.
Take a sip of your water and now journal or write down about your experience.
Perhaps what you've seen,
What you've heard and significant insights or even actions that you wish to take following your experience.
