Take a couple of deep breaths and close your eyes.
Ideally we go back straight and as you exhale,
Let go of any physical tension and really allow your body to relax.
Now with the next few breaths,
As you exhale,
Just let go of any thoughts,
Letting the mind just unwind as you focus more and more on your breath.
Now I'd like you to place your attention on your heart,
If it helps to put a hand or both hands over your heart,
To bring awareness there,
You can do so,
If not just bring your mind into that space where your physical heart is,
And allow your breathing to get slightly longer,
So each breath just takes a few extra counts,
You may already feel your head and your heart start to connect,
So you become aware of your body and your heart with each breath.
Now the thing that really boosts the coherent state is adding an uplifting emotion,
Gratitude being the highest,
So think of one thing you are grateful for right now,
And really feel that gratitude,
Breathe it in through your heart,
And out through your heart,
Allowing it to make you smile,
And if you imagine that ball of gratitude starting in your heart and growing as you breathe energy into it,
Allowing it to expand through your body with each breath,
And if you can become aware of that link between your heart and your mind as this gratitude expands and envelops you,
What we're doing is combining the electrical thoughts of the brain and the magnetic frequency of the heart to create that electromagnetic energy field around us,
That giant doughnut,
Toroidal field.
So now if you imagine,
And if you want to do it with your hands,
Bringing your hands into prayer position,
And then extending them up above your head slowly,
When they reach the top,
Using your palms to turn outwards,
And bring that energy all the way around you,
All the way down until they connect again at the bottom.
Once again just becoming aware of your heart,
And then letting the images all fade,
The sensations drift away,
And coming back into the normal reality of this room.
