Take a deep breath.
Let your body settle.
Feel the chair you're in holding you.
Now bring your attention to your hands.
Just notice them,
The weight of them.
The way they rest.
Move your focus down to your feet.
Feel their weight against the chair or on the ground.
Now your lower legs.
Simply notice how they feel right now.
Shift your attention to your thighs.
No need to change anything.
Just notice.
Bring your focus to your hips.
Feel the support beneath you.
Move up to your belly.
Feel the gentle rise and fall as you breathe.
Bring your attention to your chest.
Notice how it moves with your breath.
Now you're next.
Let any tension soften.
Finally,
Your head.
Notice your jaw.
Your cheeks.
Your forehead.
Take a breath.
Feel your whole body just as it is.
Now picture a space that is just for you,
Yours,
And yours alone.
What does it look like?
Maybe it's filled with soft light.
Maybe it's open and wide.
There's no right way.
Whatever feels good to you.
Imagine yourself fully inside this space.
Feel how safe it is.
How calm it feels.
How it welcomes you.
Take a breath here.
Notice the air around you.
Does it feel still?
Soft?
Maybe a gentle buzz?
Let yourself enjoy this space.
Now,
Imagine a bright white light rising up from the Earth,
Just for you.
It moves slowly,
Floating above you,
And shines its light down on you.
Close your eyes if you'd like.
Feel the light gently covering the top of your head.
Moving down over your face.
You're not.
Your shoulders.
Chest.
Belly.
Hips.
Legs.
Feet.
All the way down to your toes.
Now notice,
Are there any spots in your body that don't feel as light or clear?
Any places that feel heavier,
Darker,
Or just dull?
Different?
These are not bad.
They're simply places asking for your attention.
Bring your focus to the first spot.
Ask it gently.
What would you like me to know?
Listen.
Then,
Take a slow breath out.
Imagine sending that energy out with your exhale.
Move to the next spot calling to you.
Ask again.
What do you want to show me?
Exhale and release.
Take your time.
Let each space speak.
This is all part of coming back home to yourself.
But give yourself a few quiet minutes here to be with whatever is rising.
There's nothing to rush,
Nothing to do perfectly.
Just breathe.
And let what needs to surface,
Surface.
When you feel ready,
Return to your breath.
Feel your space around you.
Feel the light holding you.
Wiggle your toes.
Stretch if it feels good.
Close your eyes for a moment longer.
Feel how good it is to be here.
Safe.
Supported,
Whole.
This space is always here for you.
A place to remember who you are.
You are the light.
And you are loved.
