Nada Prakasha: A Deep Sound Meditation Journey
by Sonz de Luz
Nada Prakasha, meaning “Light of Sound,” is an album by improviser, sound therapist and artist Jacek Chmiel (Sonz de Luz) that invites you into a world of deep relaxation and self-reflection. Combining the soothing tones of singing bowls, gongs, and Tibetan bells, the album offers a calming and immersive listening experience. The tracks are created using Peter Hess therapeutic singing bowls and other resonant instruments. From the gentle vibrations of the bowls to the rich, grounding tones of gongs, the album strikes a balance between calm and depth. Each piece encourages moments of meditation, introspection, and emotional ease. Inspired by Jacek’s time in Nepal and his background in sound therapy, Nada Prakasha is a space for healing and renewal.
