Welcome to this energetic reset.

Feeling safe,

Calm and confident.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

And if you haven't already and it feels safe to do so,

Allow your eyes to close or simply lower your gaze.

Continue with that breathing.

With every breath feel your body softening.

Feel the weight of the day melting away.

Now bring your awareness to the surface beneath you.

Notice how it supports you effortlessly.

You are safe,

You are held,

You are supported.

Place one hand over your heart and the other on your belly.

Feel the natural rhythm of your breath moving in and out.

Your breath is your anchor.

Your breath is always here for you.

As you breathe imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.

Wrapping around you like a soft protective cocoon.

This light is here to remind you,

You are safe,

You are protected,

You are enough.

With every inhale allow your body to absorb this safety.

With every exhale release any tension,

Any fear,

Any doubt that is no longer serving you.

Now tune in to any anxious energy or any tightness that might be lingering in your body.

Where do you feel it?

In your chest?

Your stomach?

Your shoulders?

Whatever you notice simply acknowledge it with love.

Breathe into that space and as you exhale visualize that tension dissolving like mist in the morning sun.

Any heaviness,

Any worry,

Any fear simply melting away.

You don't need to force it,

Just allow.

Let it be easy,

Let it be gentle.

Now I want you to imagine you're standing in a beautiful open space,

Maybe a sunlit meadow,

A quiet forest or by the ocean.

This is your sanctuary,

Your safe place.

Here you feel calm,

Here you feel deeply connected to your truth.

You remember who you are,

Strong,

Capable,

Worthy.

Take a moment to feel this energy within you.

You don't need to become confident,

You already are.

You don't need to chase peace,

It already lives within you.

With every inhale breathe in peace,

Breathe in confidence,

Breathe in trust.

With every exhale let go of any lingering doubt,

Any fear of not being enough.

As you continue to breathe notice how your body feels now.

Lighter,

Stronger,

More at ease.

This state of calm and confidence is always available to you.

Whenever you need to reset,

Return to your breath,

Place your hand on your heart.

Remember you are safe,

You are loved,

You are exactly where you need to be.

And slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Gently stretch if it feels good.

When you are ready open your eyes,

Carrying this peace and confidence with you into your day.

You are whole,

You are enough,

You are free.
