Welcome to your gentle evening reset.

This is your space to unwind,

Soften and release whatever you no longer wish to carry into the light.

Allow your body to find a comfortable position.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your belly soften and your breath slow down.

Take a gentle inhale through the nose and exhale as if you're releasing a long sigh of relief.

Again,

Slow breath in and soften as you breathe out.

Simply accepting the breath in and letting go as you breathe out.

Now imagine brushing your energy clean as if you're sweeping away the dust of the day.

With each exhale,

Let something go.

A conversation,

A moment of stress,

A thought that lingered too long,

A feeling that weighed heavier than you expected.

Breathe it out.

Let it dissolve.

Now place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath.

Feel the warmth beneath your hands.

Feel yourself arriving home to your body.

Quietly repeat within your mind,

I release the day.

I release what isn't mine.

I return to peace.

Let your breath slow even more.

Longer exhales and softer inhales like waves gently washing onto the shore.

If any tension remains,

Picture it as a small cloud with every exhale,

Watch it drift further and further away until it disappears completely into the night sky.

Take one more deep breath in and release,

Letting your whole body melt into ease.

You've cleared your space,

Your energy is lighter,

Your mind is softer and you are ready to rest.

Allowing yourself to drift off now into a restful night's sleep.

And when you awake,

You will feel fully refreshed and revitalized.
