This was amazing. Tranquil enough to play immediately after awakening, repetitive enough to be able to let play in the background (with earphones on) while going through morning routines, and energetic enough to clearly and decisively help me move into alertness more rapidly than I normally would under similar circumstances. I feel lighter, yet more grounded and stable, ready to meet the day head on with a plan to accomplish a number of tasks I've been putting off (because I had no plan). I live with a couple sleep disorders that affect my groginess in the morning, along with ADHD which plays a big part in my planning and execution abilities - which are also influenced greatly by my sleep. This track helped to gently realign all those bits and bring me into a state of relaxed, calm, thoughtful awareness that has allowed my morning to go more smoothly than it has in a long time. I'm curious to see what it might do for me in the afternoon and evening! Bookmarked and added to multiple playlists, including my study music list.
