Welcome.
I'm inviting you to take a comfortable seat.
And if you already seated,
Make yourself even more comfortable.
And when you are ready,
Gently closing the eyes and inviting a few full breaths in your being.
With each exhale,
Imagine that you release any tension from your body,
Heart,
And mind that doesn't serve you right in this moment.
Anything that you would like to release,
Use your breath.
The help of your breath to do so.
And then gently bring your breathing back to its normal rhythm.
And take a moment to check in with yourself.
How are you feeling in this present moment?
How are you really?
And notice what comes.
One makes itself known.
And take a moment to acknowledge.
Whatever comes.
Whatever shows up belongs.
And I would love us to take a moment to cultivate a smile.
So I'm inviting you to bring to your mind heart any memories that easily brought a smile in your being.
It might be.
An event,
An interaction with somebody,
Something that you saw,
Something that you did.
So as much as you can.
Bring this vividly back into your mind-heart.
And take a moment to notice how that memory Shift slightly.
Your being.
Maybe it's shifting your breath.
Maybe it is a smile coming into your face.
Ease in the body.
Just notice what comes when you recall this moment.
And take a moment to.
Actually invite a smile on your face.
And if inviting the smile on your face doesn't feel comfortable,
Imagine a smile in your heart.
And see if you can hold the smile,
Hold the he's in your whole being.
And then gently release the memory,
But see if you can keep the smile in your being.
And noticing your breath.
Coming in and out.
Gently.
In and out.
And lastly,
I would love you to think about one thing that you are grateful for today.
Anything.
It can be as small as you can possibly imagine.
But see what brings that sense of gratitude.
And with gratitude come ease.
And with ease.
A smile.
And for the rest of your day,
See if you can cultivate that smile.
And if you find yourself being stressed or in moments of hardship,
As many times as you need,
Bring back this moment of gratitude.
Bring back that memory that brought a sense of ease.
And happiness.
In your being.
I am thanking you for being here today.
And whenever you are ready,
Gently open your eyes and.
.
.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
