Tap into your inner light, which can help you feel protected and strengthened on every level at any time. You can use this guided visualization anytime of day or night wherever you are, as long as you can safely sit or lay down and close your eyes.

Aloha and welcome to a serene moment.

You can use this meditation anytime to feel grounded,

Centered,

And protected.

If you feel comfortable,

Allow your eyelids to gently close and begin focusing your awareness on your breath.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Each inhale,

Longer,

Slower,

And deeper.

Fuller.

And each exhale,

Releasing all the extraneous thoughts in your mind.

Becoming present in the here and now.

Just rising and falling on your breath.

Scanning your body for any areas of tension or pain and just breathing into those areas gently.

Allowing your sense of time to fade away.

Bringing you completely into this present moment here and now with yourself.

Breathing in and out through your heart.

Finding your center.

Perhaps you visualize your heart as a glowing green,

Golden,

Or rainbow light,

Or jewel,

Or flower.

Just see how your heart expands and breathes with you.

Relaxing and opening into your own center.

And breathe.

Connecting with that sense of serenity,

Of alignment,

With your fullest,

Highest being.

On your next inhalation,

Bring your awareness up.

Up through your body and up through the top of your head and reach all the way up through the stars and connect to Great Spirit,

To Source,

To Father Sky,

To all of our Angels,

Archangels,

Benevolent Ancestors,

Spirit Guides,

Spirit Animals,

Soul Family.

All of the good,

Positive,

Light energies.

Ascending down a beautiful,

Radiant,

Celestial stream of light in through your crown and down into your body.

Sparkling like a golden,

Rainbow light.

Protecting and filling you with the connection to your own divinity and your Source,

And your highest self.

And breathe.

Continues to wash like waves gently through your being,

Your aura,

Your body,

Every cell.

Connecting with that center light and breathe.

On your next exhalation,

Allow your awareness to travel down.

Traveling down through your body,

Down through the floor,

Down through the floorboards,

The earth,

All the way through the many layers of rock and sediment,

All the way down to the heart of the earth,

Where you root in and connect in a way that feels like an umbilical cord to the heart of the earth,

Mother Earth.

And you let go of your resistance,

Of frustration,

Of distractions.

Can you let those flow down that cord to be effortlessly burned away and transformed in the heart of the earth?

As your heart beats in time with Mother Earth,

When you breathe in,

You draw up strength and power,

Vitality,

Abundance,

Steadiness.

With each breath,

It brings more healing,

More nurturing,

More nourishment,

And more alignment with your intuition and your magical powers.

And breathe.

Bringing that energy up into your body,

Mixing and merging with the energy that came from above and connecting into your center.

All the light connecting all the way through your entire being.

Supported,

Centered,

Connected.

Breathing in the light and letting it flow,

Allowing it to flow in waves around you,

Forming a sphere,

A beautiful,

Radiant,

Reflective sphere that will stay with you,

Protecting you and nourishing you,

Connecting you with your own divinity,

Your own higher power.

Remembering that you can come back to this space at any time.

I invite you to bring your awareness back to your center and your heart space,

Bringing one hand up and placing it on your heart and the other hand on your lower belly.

Thanking yourself for taking this time to reconnect with yourself and energize.

Taking a nice,

Conscious,

Deeper breath,

Feeling a rise of awareness of your outer surroundings,

Just sensing the flow of air on your skin,

The temperature,

Beginning to slowly move your fingers and toes,

Maybe wiggling your ankles,

Wrists a little,

Tilting your head from side to side,

And bringing your awareness to your outer surroundings.

I invite you to open your eyes and embrace your being.
