The Micro Cosmic Orbit

The Micro Cosmic Orbit Meditation helps one to open the energy centers around the upper body to efficiently circulate Ki (Chi/Energy) enhancing our own vital life force. Transcript

The microcosmic orbit meditation.

Just relax and breathe deeply.

Continue to breathe slowly,

Focusing on the calmness and comfort of your breath.

Just let go of everything else and breathe.

Breathe into the center of your consciousness.

Just continuing to relax,

Making yourself very comfortable exactly where you are.

Let your breathing become deep and easy,

Feeling your whole body begin to relax and let go.

Feel your entire body begin to slip away to a place that is safe and secure.

Relax and be aware as your mind begins to enter a realm where it is no longer limited by time or space.

Look deeply into yourself,

To that point of brilliant white light.

Breathe deeply into this light as one blows upon a spark,

Bringing it up to full flame.

Now breathe deeply into this light once more and it becomes bigger,

Brighter,

Filling your whole body with billowing waves of healing white light.

Breathe into this light once again and it increases more,

Bigger,

Brighter,

And filling every fiber of your being to the bursting point.

Finally,

Breathe deeply into this light once again,

Increasing it and filling it up past the point where the body can no longer hold it,

And it bursts free now,

Wrapping you in a warm,

Billowing cloak of healing white light.

Notice that the light doesn't seem to come from anywhere.

It is just here.

The light is here because you are here.

You are this light and this light is you.

Now become aware of a clear blue shield surrounding you,

Protecting you,

Enfolding and nurturing the safety of your spirit.

And above your head,

Within this shield,

Is a brilliant sphere of shining light.

This is the eighth chakra,

The celestial soul,

The God window.

Take a moment now and decide what is the greatest thing that you can achieve in this life.

Once again,

Take a moment to desire with the whole essence of your being to become the greatest thing that you can become in this lifetime.

Finally,

Take a moment more to commit yourself to begin making a single step of progress toward becoming the greatest thing you can be in this life.

And as soon as you decide,

Notice that the God window opens up,

Spiraling down in swirling sparkles of shining silver and gold light.

This swirling energy fills your mystic shield and seals it,

Reinforcing it with the omnipotent power of the Most High.

Feel the light within you answer and echo to the light now streaming around you.

Just feel and be aware as the shining,

Swirling flow penetrates every pore of your body,

Energizing,

Strengthening,

Balancing,

Calming,

And healing each and every organ of the body,

Lifting away all darkness,

All shadow of sorrow,

Past hurts,

Old pains and angers,

All lifted and swirled away by this shining,

Swirling flow from the celestial soul.

Internalize this energy deep within your center and know that this light does not come from anywhere.

It is just here.

The light is here because you are here.

You are this light,

And this light is you.

Now become aware of a brilliant ball of light glowing in front of you,

And as you breathe in,

Exhale on the ball of light with each breath.

It becomes bigger,

Brighter,

Warmer,

And with each breath,

It radiates with greater intensity until it becomes a brilliant,

Shining sphere of radiant energy.

The sphere is glowing,

Shining brighter and brighter,

Swirling,

Radiating,

Twirling,

A ball of vibrant healing force,

A shimmering circle of cosmic energy.

These radiant rays of energy are vibrating your body,

Vibrating the healing sphere of light.

This entire room vibrates.

These rays vibrate the entire earth,

Resonating it with this cosmic force.

This energy begins to penetrate,

Seeping into your body,

And you can feel it,

Drawing it into your heart,

Deep in through your crown,

Through the earth chakra,

Through the third eye,

Through the throat,

Through the sexual center,

Through the will center,

And then moving deeper and deeper within the center of your being.

Become aware as this force solidifies into a glowing,

Shining coil of pure force at your navel.

Below the navel,

Clear a path and place the flowing force into your sperm or ovary palace.

Place your focus there.

Breathe deeply into this glowing force.

Open the center now to give yourself a sense of creative and personal power.

The ability to get things done.

Again,

Clear a path and move the glowing force down to your perineum.

Open the center now and connect yourself with your soul and the ground to give yourself a close relationship to the earth energy,

Opening upward,

Feeling grounded,

Solid,

Peaceful and safe,

Joyful in the world.

Clear a path now and move the glowing force across to your sacrum.

Your lower back.

Focus your energy there.

Breathe into the glowing force.

Open the center now to make the past yours as a resource,

Providing balance.

Through this center,

You can blend earth energy,

Sexual energy,

And the refined energy from the heavens,

Giving yourself a sense of freedom,

Courage,

And hope.

Once again,

Clear a path and move the glowing force up to your kidney point.

Focusing there and breathing deeply.

Open the center now,

Balancing the two kidneys,

Creating for yourself a sense of openness and generosity,

Abundance,

Gentleness,

And giving yourself a sense of balance.

Now clear the path and move this glowing force up to your adrenal point.

Move the kidneys directly behind the solar plexus.

Breathe into the center to open it,

To give yourself a sense of vitality,

Energy,

And confidence,

Activating your heart,

Generating and releasing great energy for use,

Alertness and wakefulness,

Releasing yourself from old fears.

This time,

Clear a path and move the glowing force opposite your heart point on your back.

Breathe and focus into this center.

Open it to move yourself outward,

To expand beyond this point,

To protect the aura of your heart and head,

Giving yourself a sense of freedom and a deep felt feeling of life as virtue pours forth.

Forgiveness and gratitude flow from this point.

Now clear a path and move the glowing force up to your second jade gate,

Behind the throat at the base of the neck.

Breathe deeply into your jade gate and focus there.

Open this center outward to enable yourself to embrace others with your humility,

To feel connected to others,

To give yourself a feeling of fitting in,

A feeling of being at home,

Appropriateness among others.

At this time,

Clear a path and move the glowing force up to your jade pillow at the base of your skull.

Focus and breathe deeply into your jade pillow.

Open this center,

The mouth of God,

The small brain point,

To ease and release your breathing,

Receiving the breath of God,

Experiencing the internal vibration.

Opening this point to give yourself inspiration and lifting away all your burdens so you can breathe easily and fully.

Now clear a path and move the glowing force to the top of your head,

To the crown.

Breathe deeply and open this center to provide yourself with guidance from higher forces,

To radiate happiness,

Harmonizing and balancing all glands.

Breathing into the crown to help you see the light and divine in all.

Again,

Clear a path and move the glowing force across to your third eye.

Focus there and open this center to allow yourself a sense of purpose,

A kind of direct and simple knowing,

So your intuition becomes strong.

You receive wisdom and direction,

Opening this center to be focused.

Now place your tongue on the roof of your mouth with your teeth together.

Clear the path and move the glowing force down to your throat center.

Breathe fully and focus into your throat center.

Open your throat now to open your communication and your dreams,

So your expressions flow with greater lucidity during your dreams,

Giving yourself a sense of change and adaptability.

Again,

Clear a path and move the glowing force down to your heart center.

As you breathe deeply into your heart center,

Open it to experience your seat of joy,

Respect and surrender,

Giving yourself a feeling of honor and respect,

Safety and a feeling of being loved and lovable,

Giving yourself the ability to love courageously and abundantly.

Now clear a path and move the glowing force down to your solar plexus.

Place your focus there and breathe into this force.

Open this center now,

Giving yourself freedom,

The ability to take risks on behalf of yourself and others,

Freeing your will to manifest reality in the world,

In beauty,

In love and in perfect light.

Now place the glowing force to the area of the navel and know that this is a beneficial place to store your extra energy.

And as you breathe deeply into your navel center,

Breathing deeply into this glowing force,

It penetrates deeply into your center and stabilizes your internal being,

Freeing and unlocking the inner self.

The true self and you now exist in the moment with a clear and peaceful mind.

Continue to sit in your activated microcosmic orbit for as long as you wish.

When you are ready,

Slowly begin to move your body gently.

The microcosmic orbit meditation is complete.
