Sarah has been in the healing realm for 22 years, as a CranioSacral Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Energy worker, and Meditation instructor. She is a Hanmi Esoteric Buddhist Disciple and has meditated every day for 15 years. Meditation is key to her successful clarity and ability to assist others in attaining a relaxed calm mind. Sarah continues to be a student of Vedic Astrology. She is currently studying to receive an Integrative Breathwork Certification. She is a 200 hr Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and is working on her next 300 hr Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification. Sarah loves to garden, and spend time with her husband, daughter, and chickens. She devotes a great amount of time cultivating balance within herself to continue being of service to others.
