Welcome to this meditation,
Rised and Radiant.
I'm so glad you chose to begin your day here.
This is your space to wake up gently,
To stretch your spirit,
And to set the emotional tone for a day filled with clarity,
Warmth,
And intention.
You don't have to rush into the world just yet.
For the next few minutes,
We will warm up from the inside out.
If you're still lying in bed,
Allow yourself to sit up comfortably or remain lying down if that feels better.
If you're seated,
Plant your feet firmly on the floor,
Lengthen your spine slightly,
Let your shoulders relax.
Take a slow breath in through your nose and release it gently through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale deeply and exhale with a soft sigh.
Allow your body to wake up slowly without pressure.
Now,
Bring awareness to your hands.
Gently wiggle your fingers.
Notice the subtle energy there.
Roll your shoulders back slowly,
Once,
Twice.
Stretch your neck gently from side to side.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Imagine warmth spreading through your chest like the first rays of sunlight touching your skin.
Feel that warmth move into your arms,
Your stomach,
Your legs,
All the way down to your toes.
Your body is waking up,
And you are allowed to enter this day with softness.
Now,
Bring your attention to your thoughts.
Before emails,
Before responsibilities,
Before expectations.
Allow yourself gently.
Ask yourself gently.
How do I want to feel today?
Maybe it's calm,
Maybe it's confident,
Maybe it's focused,
Maybe it's joyful.
Choose one word.
Let that word settle into your chest like a warm emblem.
Repeat it silently to yourself.
With each inhale,
Breathe that word in.
With each exhale,
Imagine it expanding through your body.
You are priming your nervous system.
You are setting your emotional thermostat.
Now,
Imagine the sun rising just in front of you.
Not harsh,
Not blinding,
But warm and golden.
This light represents possibility,
A fresh start,
Grace.
As the sunlight touches your face,
Silently say,
Today I show up as my best self.
Today,
I move with intention.
Today,
I give myself patience.
You don't need perfection.
You need presence.
And you already have that.
Take one more deep breath in.
And exhale fully.
Feel your feet grounded.
Feel your spine tall.
Feel your chest open.
You are awake.
You are capable.
You are steady.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes or lift your gaze.
Carry this warmth with you.
Carry your word with you.
Let it guide your tone,
Your conversations,
Your decisions.
Your day doesn't have to start with stress.
It starts with you.
