Explore MeditationLaura Vieira is a yoga teacher based in Madeira Island. From a young age, Laura found herself curious about the necessity to move, be it along music or just for the way it used to feel. Running had always made her feel alive and so did singing. Vieira spend her childhood climbings trees where she sat and sang for ours. The curiosity for balance led Laura Vieira to focus on the 5 elements, studying Ayurveda and Yoga in hopes to live her true life and cure depression. Soon she naturally began sharing all the tools she'd encountered to this day, hoping to bring a moment of presence and peace to anyone in need. Her classes are a mix between the flow of the body, mind and voice, connecting to the elements, source and finding a way to balance in every day life.
