EarthLab: Journey Through Shamanic Feminine Earth Ritual
In this meditation, I share in one of the Earthkeeper rituals of my beloved Cassandra — a feminine, shamanic practice rooted in breath, feather work, and deep communion with Great Mother Earth. As we moved through this moment together, I captured the soundscapes while she worked with copal resin and fire, walking slowly through the grass and wind, opening herself to the elements and the living presence of the Earth beneath her. With the feather as a sacred instrument of clearing, Cassandra moves through the energetic field with the tenderness, precision, and grounded devotion of her lineage. Through breath, resonance, and her connection to Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit, she guides you toward a deeper presence and a remembering of your own relationship with the natural world. May this offering root you, cleanse you, and reconnect you to the truth she embodies: that you are held, guided, and in continual relationship with the Great Mother and the unseen forces that support you.
