The thing I'm imagining as I'm saying this is.

I love being outside and hearing bees on a warm day.
And there's something so incredibly peaceful and enlivening at the same time.
So this offering,
This invitation now,
Is for you to create this within yourself,
If you wish to.
Or simply to just listen in whatever way feels good for you,
Whether you want to move your body or come into a kind of sitting or laying down.
Position.
To just receive.
And that may change.
You might start off.
Just in a really quiet,
Just receiving and just find that your voice actually wants to join.
Really letting this be.
Be the perfect way for you,
Finding your way just by listening to your body's natural impulses.
So we're really just going to.

Feel into.

The movement and the sensation of the breathing in your body that just happens naturally.
But inviting it certainly further into the fullness of your belly,
Of your body.
With a kind of sense of every single cell being met.
Every single cell being fed and filled and nourished and loved.
And as you breathe here,
Feeling yourself just Kind of sinking.
Melting.
Resting.
In the sound of this harmonium.
This drone sound,
Ocean sound.
Of tone.
And loosening off your jaw,
Feeling space in your jaw.
You might just want to.

And you may be able to hear that I've got a bit of.

Clicking in there.
You may well too,
That's okay.
We hold so much tension in here,
As you probably know.
So enjoying some sighs,
Perhaps some yawning.
Moving your mouth around,
Your jaw.
Feeling deeply into your throat.
The expansion of your throat.
The space in your throat and expand through that.
With your breath.

Just coming back to breathing and resting.
And anywhere your voice wants to go,
Just let it go.

Let those yawns be really lovely and big and full.
And then the other simple offering for you is an open mouth.
In any way,
It will change sound as you change shape of your mouth.
And I recommend you stay on one tone for a while before shifting anywhere so you can really settle in.
And create that Beautiful.
Strong foundation of buzzing through your body.

Singing and toning in all sorts of ways so then you can really feel yourself solid in that and join me and dance with me in your own.
Flow of hums and sound as you will.
It's really just like engaging the vocal chords.

Just giving to your breath,

And every so often just moving your jaw around,
Making different shapes with your mouth to loosen off and just let those different tones and vibrations open up within you.

You and you might just come to a really lovely deep and hardly audible Letting it fill all the way down through your hips,
Your pelvis.
You And just resting here a few moments.
Whatever is happening for you just now,
Just resting here and letting it be,
Letting it be,
Letting anything move that is wanting to move.
And again you might like to just Move your jaw around,
Make shapes with your mouth.
Move your head from side to side,
Perhaps.
Shoulders rolling or lifting and dropping,
Hips just kind of wiggling around in your chair against the floor.
Ah,
Maybe taking a few sighs,
Yawns.
And just noticing that transition.
Into a more kind of active and aliveness.
Almost kind of like waking up.
So you might be sensing that interplay of peace and aliveness.
There may be something else for you there happening.
And just know that all of it is totally perfectly fine.
It's all perfect for you,
Whatever is here now,
Present.
And I would recommend that you just notice what your body is wanting from you.
Whether there's some stretches.
Particular parts of your body that wants to stretch or push or scrunch and then release or shake or just lay down completely still.
Just notice,
Just notice.
Let any emotions run through you.
And take some nice deep breaths.
If that's what your body wants to do,
Just let it do that.
You might want to step outside and stretch and breathe.
You might find that there's something quite unusual.
That you feel the impulse to do.
You might want to get on all fours and do some cat cows or some stretches.
And do always listen also to your impulse to drink water.
Let those lovely cells that are wide awake be so nourished and hydrated as well.
And you can always come back to a gentle hmm.
In most situations.
There's most like on the bus,
When you're walking.
When you just need to go and take yourself off.
To a private space,
Even just a bathroom.
So just let yourself come back to to feel that interplay of peace and aliveness.
You might want to play with that.
