During this meditation today,
We will focus on being visited by God.
Now,
God can be a risky word for some.
It doesn't matter if you believe in a God.
It could be a God state,
It could be the universe,
It could be consciousness,
It could be your higher consciousness,
It could be a prophet,
It could be a spirit guide,
It could be aliens for all that matters.
What matters and what is important,
You just need to imagine that a higher power or force is coming to visit you.
The only thing that's important is that you keep imagining that it's going to happen,
No matter what.
We'll begin in a comfortable position.
Lying or sitting,
Wherever you are.
Closing down the eyes.
Taking slow,
Deep breaths in through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Do this three more times.
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Just like that,
As you allow your body to become heavy,
Allow your feet to become so heavy that they don't move.
Your ankles are heavy.
Allow your buttocks to become heavy.
Releasing any tension in your lower back,
Your mid back,
Your upper back.
Releasing the belly.
Releasing the chest.
Shoulders are heavy.
Allow your wrists to become heavy.
Your hands can be resting on your belly or beside you.
Release the tension in your neck.
Release the tongue from the roof of the mouth.
Let your jaw soften.
Eyelids become heavy.
Head becomes heavy.
Allow your whole body to sink into the earth.
Maintaining awareness and believing this God force will visit you.
Letting go of your attachments and ideas.
Believing with your imagination that this force is coming.
Very slowly,
Bringing awareness back into your body.
Keeping the eyes closed.
Taking a slow,
Deep breath in through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Allowing your fingers to begin to move.
Your toes to begin to move.
Allowing consciousness to fill your body and your mind.
Coming back into a seated position.
Or if you were seated,
Slowly peeling yourself off the chair.
When you're ready.
