Take your place in your meditation area.
Take some deep breaths.
Relax.
Close your eyes.
Here we go.
The heart space.
Find a comfortable seated position.
Close your eyes and relax your body.
Begin to withdraw your senses.
Concentrate your complete awareness into the throat area.
Now become aware of the breath in the throat.
Only be aware of the sensation of the breath in the throat.
Add the awareness of the ingoing breath from the throat downwards.
You're not concerned with the outgoing breath.
Just the inhale.
Passing from the throat within the network of the diaphragm.
Be aware of the diaphragm.
The rising and falling muscular floor separating the chest and the lungs just above the abdominal organs below.
With every inhale it drops into the abdomen just a little increasing the pressure there causing the navel to expand.
At the same time the lungs are fully expanding in the chest.
Be aware with the exhale that the abdomen contracts.
The diaphragm lifts and the lungs empty completely.
Maintain your awareness of this diaphragm for some time.
Become aware of Akasha.
The space within which the diaphragm operates.
With the ingoing breath you feel this space filling up.
Only be aware of the process of filling the space.
Be aware of this fast space.
Feeling the breath is the basis for experiencing the heart space.
Become aware of the space in the heart.
Take your awareness directly there.
Feel the space within the heart.
It is contracting and expanding with the rhythm of the natural breath.
The breath is only the basis.
The process of filling up is also only the basis.
Begin to comprehend the whole space.
Feel the contraction and expansion of this vast space.
It is taking place on the rhythm of the natural breath.
The breath is spontaneous.
Do not change it.
Do not try to control it.
Allow it to happen.
Maintain the awareness of the space in the heart and contracting.
Notice any visions or experiences that arise.
Do not try to force them.
These may begin to manifest when the awareness of the heart space is constant.
There is a vision of a lake.
If you are able to feel the space of the heart contracting and expanding to the rhythm of the breath,
Stay in this awareness of the blue lotus and the lake.
Now become aware of the natural inflowing and outflowing breath in the throat.
Withdraw your awareness from the heart space and bring it to the natural breath in the throat.
Maintain awareness of the in and the out of the breath in the throat.
Bring your awareness back to the breath.
Begin to chant the mantra OM three times.
And when we do this,
We'll allow the sound to manifest fully and spontaneously from deep within.
Take a clearing breath in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Inhale the inner vibrations of the sound.
Release your posture and open your eyes.
