Feel the weight of your body grounding into the earth beneath you,

With each breath,
Allow your body to soften,

Place one hand over your heart,
And one over your belly.
Feel the gentle rise and fall beneath your palms,
Two heartbeats,
Yours and your baby's,
Dancing together in rhythm and love.
Breathe in calmness.
Exhale any tension or worry.
With every breath,
Imagine sending peace down from your heart into your womb,
The soft golden light of love flowing to your baby.
Now imagine this golden light glowing brighter with each inhale.
It begins to fill your entire body,
Warming,
Soothing,
Nurturing every cell.
This light represents your love,
Your intuition,
Your maternal wisdom.
As it expands,
It surrounds your baby,
A shimmering cocoon of protection and comfort.
Calm.

Imagine yourself standing in a lush garden full of brightly colored flowers at sunrise.
The sky is soft pink and gold.
You can feel the earth warm beneath your feet,
