Hello and welcome.
This meditation is best practiced with headphones in.
We're going to focus today on the element of water.
The element of water lies within the zodiacs of Cancer,
Scorpio,
And Pisces.
I invite you now to sit down and allow your body to move until you find a comfortable seat.
Eventually finding stillness.
You are safe here.
I will keep time for you.
So allow your eyes to close or find a soft gaze in front of you.
I'm going to begin the timer now on this guided meditation.
I'm going to get you guys to start by just noticing how you feel.
Inviting you to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.
Feeling your breath flow through you like a stream.
Breathing into your chest and breathing into your belly.
Notice where this stream flows.
Try and extend your breath throughout your full body.
And again,
You are safe here.
As your mind begins to wander,
Just bring yourself back to your breath.
In through your nose and out through your nose.
And back to the stream.
Try and picture this stream running through you.
The currents,
The bed of rocks below the surface.
And dear one,
If you feel any blocks in the flow of your stream,
These are just the rocks peaking the surface.
Notice the stream flowing continuously.
Not losing place of flow.
Just flowing around these rocks.
Visualize the water separating and flowing around.
As you breathe deeper into your body,
I invite you to start breathing through your mouth now.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Bring your palms down on your belly.
And in through our hands and through the nose and out through the mouth.
Allowing your emotions to flow.
Allowing your emotions to start flowing as well into your stream.
All of the emotions invited now to flow.
And now into your breath,
Like your mind does wander.
Dear one,
The water element within you is nourishment,
Emotions,
And healing.
Intuition.
Flow.
Passive energy.
Processing emotions.
The tides at high.
And the tides at low.
Release.
Planning.
Emotional connection.
And just keep breathing here.
And observe what emotions flow through your stream.
Allow your breath to lead your intuition.
Allowing the emotions that come up to flow down the stream.
Allowing your emotions to flow.
And take a deep breath in through your nose.
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Release here.
And feel yourself float.
A wave of warm water flowing into you.
And dear one,
Just be here now.
Allow the water flowing into you to replenish and refill you.
Dear one,
You are referring.
You are flow.
Trust your intuition.
Trust yourself.
Call upon the element within you to release all that no longer serves you.
Release into the waves the emotions you are carrying that are no longer yours.
Release into the waves the emotions you are carrying that no longer serve you.
Release.
Release.
Oh dear one,
You are so full and so pure.
You are the natural flow of life.
If you just release and let it be.
I will invite you to repeat out loud or in your head.
I open my heart and share it with others.

I trust my intuition.
