Hello,

And welcome.

This meditation is best practiced with headphones in.

Today's meditation is within the fire element.

This is the element of Aries,

Leo,

And Sagittarius.

I invite you now to sit down,

Moving until you find a comfortable seat,

And eventually finding stillness.

You are safe here,

And I will keep time for you tonight.

So allow your eyes to close,

Or find a soft gaze in the flames in front of you.

We're gonna start here just noticing how we feel breathing into our bodies.

Starting at the crown of your head,

Working your way down your jaw,

Your neck.

Not trying to change anything here,

But just noticing how we feel.

Breathing into our shoulders,

Down our arms,

Our elbows,

Down to your wrists,

And your fingertips.

Sending the warmth of your breath to your fingertips.

Now breathing into your chest,

Again,

Noticing the warmth with each inhale.

Breathing into our belly,

Our womb,

The center of our fire,

Our passion.

And breathing now into your hips,

And feeling your connection with the earth below you.

Working our way down our legs,

Our thighs,

Our knees,

Our shins.

Sending the warmth of our breath down into our ankles,

And even into our toes.

I'm gonna ask you now to place your hands on your belly,

And deepen your breath.

Deepening your breath into your hands,

And focusing now on breathing into your hands with full awareness.

You'll notice the gentle rise and fall of the belly with your breath.

Do you feel the slight warmth inside of your body?

Focus on the warmth within you.

Feel the fire element spread throughout your body.

With our hands still placed on our belly,

Focus your exhalation into your hands.

And I also invite you to take a slow pause after each exhale to ignite the fire within you.

And continue breathing here until you feel the warmth within.

Fire burning,

Sparks raising.

Fire in a blazing path of destruction.

Smoldering,

Smoking,

And fogging our visions of passion.

This is the fire element within us.

This is the fire element,

One out of balance.

Passion.

Confidence.

Seductiveness.

Energy.

Enthusiasm.

Success.

Your desire for life.

Your desire for becoming.

How you can lead a room with courage.

A natural essence of strength and movement.

Dear one,

This is the fire element within you.

This is the fire element in balance.

Your power is in passion.

And the world needs you now to allow your natural essence to glow.

Allow the feelings you have to warm you instead of burn.

Dear one,

You hold transformational power.

So breathe here and breathe into your power.

You are the fire within.

Warming,

Igniting,

And blazing up into action.

You,

Dear one,

Are so very powerful.

Now I ask for you to hold your heart and your belly and repeat with me aloud or in your head.

I release to the fire element all that no longer serves my greater purpose.

I ask that the transformational power of fire I hold within to reconnect me with my natural essence and root power of passion and joy and to ignite the light within me.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

Allowing your natural rhythm of breath to return.

And slowly wiggle your toes.

Wiggle your fingers.

Come back to the sensations in the room around you.

Get you to lift your hands to your eyes.

And as you're ready,

Open and release.
