With your eyes closed,
Turn your attention to your breathing.
Take a few deep cleansing breaths,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Imagine a pure white crystal light coming down from the universe and floating above your head.
See this healing light slowly enter through the top of your head,
Filling your mind with a sense of calm and clarity.
Envision this brilliant white light expanding through your head,
Filling your brain and forehead with its energy.
Feel it connect you to your inner wisdom and intuition,
Releasing any tension or negativity in your mind.
Watch as the pure white light continues to expand,
Filling your entire head and moving out to your ears,
Nose and chin.
As it moves down to your throat,
Feel it cleanse this area,
Allowing you to release any tension or fear of expressing yourself.
Feel a sense of confidence and authenticity replacing any blocks.
Next,
See the healing light move down to your shoulders and chest,
Filling all the space between your shoulder blades.
Let it wrap around your heart,
Inviting feelings of unconditional love,
Compassion,
Joy and gratitude.
Allow the light to gently release any grief or emotional pain in this area.
Observe as the white light moves down your spine and arms,
Filling you with a sense of strength and courage.
Feel any fears and anxiety melting away.
The white light continues to travel down your body,
Moving to your lower belly,
Where it brings healing energy to your entire system.
Feel this energy enhancing your creativity,
Pleasure and vitality.
As the light reaches the base of your spine,
Envision it bringing a deep sense of stability and security,
Replacing all worries and fears with calm and grounded energy.
With your entire body now filled with this healing white light,
Allow it to flow down your legs,
Reaching your feet and toes.
Take a few moments to feel its warm vitality and positivity.
Slowly envision the white light moving back up your body,
Bringing harmony and balance as it rises to the top of your head.
As all negativity is removed,
Let the energy leave your body and return to the universe,
Knowing it will continue to support you.
Rest in this feeling for a few moments,
Focusing on taking deep cleansing breaths.
Start to bring your awareness back to the room.
Moving your fingers and toes,
Gently swaying your body,
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
