Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Gently close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Feeling the air fill your lungs.

Exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension from your body,

And allowing each breath to help you relax and settle into this moment.

Take a moment to become aware of your body.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Supporting you and holding you.

As you breathe,

Feel your connection to the earth.

Imagine the ground beneath you as solid and stable,

Offering you a sense of security and grounding.

Now picture yourself standing on soft,

Cool earth,

The solid ground beneath your feet.

You're in a peaceful place,

Ready to embark on a journey of renewal.

Visualise yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful Irish countryside,

With rolling hills stretching far ahead.

The air is fresh and crisp,

Filled with the earthy scent of damp moss and wildflowers.

You can hear the distant call of birds and the gentle rustle of leaves as the wind moves through the trees.

Feel the sensation of cool grass beneath your feet and the feeling of the earth supporting you as you begin to walk slowly and steadily into this tranquil landscape.

As you begin to walk,

Notice the path beneath your feet.

Feel the soft earth and pebbles,

The occasional crunch of fallen leaves as you take each step with ease and awareness.

With every step,

Feel a deep sense of relaxation and calm washing over you.

Look around you and take in the vibrant greens of the fields and the towering ancient trees of the woodland ahead.

Notice the patches of sunlight filtering through the leaves,

Casting gentle light on the forest floor.
