Hi and welcome. My name is Anye Fiori and this is a guided meditation to connect with your higher self for clarity and guidance. Go ahead and find a comfortable position and close your eyes. Begin inhaling in through the nose, Out through the mouth, Allowing yourself to slow down allowing thoughts to come and go without attaching to them, Make meaning from them, Or without needing to believe them. Inhaling in through the nose, Allowing your belly to expand. Exhale through the mouth, Letting your belly soften. Taking time to breathe into any resistance, Any stress that you're holding in your body, Melting away any fear, Any worry, Any frustration. Allowing yourself to access the imagination you had as a child, That sense of wonder, That openness to the unknown, That sense of play and adventure. Breathe in and imagine, Sense, See, And feel that part of you awakening inside. Allowing that inner judge, Inner critic, Inner protector to step to the side for a moment. There's nothing to fix, Solve, Or control right now, Just breathing into your center. Allow yourself to let go of anybody else's worries, Fear, Negativity, Or energy right now. Any antenna you have in the past, Ruminating or replaying events, Or projecting into the future, Bringing all those antennae back to your center and allowing yourself to be here now. Now is where your power is. Breathing into your heart, Breathing into your belly, Your sense of self, Imagining a light hundreds of feet above you, Pouring down through the top of your head, Into your pineal and pituitary glands, A little supernova of light, Imagining, Sensing, Seeing, Feeling this light pouring down into your brainstem at the back of your head, Into your eyes, Your ears, Your jaw, Your teeth, Your nose, Your mouth, Down your spine, Into your sacrum, Into your tailbone, Imagine this light pouring down into your throat, Your shoulders, Into your chest, Your lungs, Your heart, Into your solar plexus and all your vital organs, Into your navel, Your digestive system, Into your sacral energy center, Into your root, Down your legs, Into your feet, And feeling the energy of Divine Mother coming up, The essence that loves you unconditionally, That is cheering you on, Supporting you in life, Drawing that in through the bottoms of your feet, Up your legs, Your tailbone, Your spine, Through all of your energy centers, Meeting with the energy from above at your heart, Breathing in this supernova of light at your heart, Expanding out in 360 degrees, In all directions, Like the sun, Like a star, Expanding your awareness beyond your room, Beyond your city, Beyond your state, Beyond the earth, Feeling yourself moving up through layers of light, Breathing into your heart center at the center of your chest, Imagine that you are someplace that feels like home, Breathe into this sense, Into this feeling, Call forth your higher self that loves you unconditionally, That's been with you through lifetimes, That can see way beyond your current human form, You may see, Sense, Or feel your higher self come to you as an emanation of light, An angel, An animal spirit, Your future self, Trust what comes to you, Take a moment and really breathe and feel the essence of this energy, Opening your inner hearing, Seeing, Feeling, To receive any guidance, Any symbols, If there are any questions that you have for your higher self, Go ahead and ask them now, Listening, Feeling, Opening with curiosity and wonder, Allowing your higher self to awaken what's ready to awaken inside of you, To remember even more of who you truly are beyond this experience, Your connection to source, The power that is within you, Receiving anything more from your higher self, Taking a few more deep breaths all the way in, Knowing that you can connect with your higher self at any moment in the day, Breathing into your heart, Connecting with the light of your soul, Feeling the presence of the divine within you, Your body with appreciation for all that it does for you, For that unconditional love and presence in your life, Integrating this throughout all time, Space, Dimensions, Realities in alignment with your highest truth, Your highest good, And so it is, Allowing yourself to come back into 3D, Back into the room, Back into time and space with even more of your truest essence, Free and awakened.
