Many sensitive individuals feel that life can be too harsh, too competitive, and all about consumption. Oliver Gohari provides a reassuring message, inviting us to enjoy our physical incarnation whilst also honoring the aspect of our being (Spirit/Soul) which doesn't have earthly rules, duties or the need to "consume". It's OK to feel that way — enjoy life with all of its contrasting elements.

A lot of very sensitive beings,

A lot of very sensitive individuals,

They feel hurt by the duties of life.

They feel encumbered and challenged by the things we have to do.

I'm sure many of you relate to this and many people listening now will think that you're you probably are.

By the way,

Life is beautiful and it's to be enjoyed and to behold.

For a very sensitive being,

Someone very connected to the deeper aspects of their being rather than the physical,

There's different versions of life.

Think of all the eight billion people on planet earth.

Most people are living in survival.

Most people are living in the mind.

The mind is a survivor by the way.

When I say survival I mean primitive ego mind and we all do it and we've all got it within us.

Life is about surviving,

Getting,

Having and an element of that,

This is where it gets a bit more deep,

Is the ego and the animalistic body that we all possess.

It has to exceed at something else's expense.

Everything on planet earth is limited and it needs the disadvantage of someone else's fortunes to sustain itself.

This is just classic biology,

You could call it.

Every mitochondria,

Every organelle inside every cell of your body requires adenosine triphosphate ATP that is derived from an external sacrifice,

You could call it.

Be it a plant,

Be it a banana,

Be it a dead calf,

Be it a cow,

Be it a pig.

Something has to feed you,

Your physical body I should add.

Something has to feed the physical body.

Limitation and acquiring and surviving.

We're talking about the primitive survival aspect of our being.

To the sensitive people,

To the souls who are quite ready to get out of life,

You could put it.

Many of you will be that now,

I'm certainly one of them.

The whole idea of that,

What I just described,

The whole idea of sustaining myself through competing,

Through fighting,

Through eating,

Through consuming,

Through I've got to make this person lose so I can win,

You've got to go down so I can go up,

It's just agony because we come from a place originally of unity and oneness and connection and others don't have to suffer for you,

Others don't have to go down for you.

So the people who are very sensitive and also advanced you could say on a kind of self-mastery level,

You want to unsubscribe from the paradigm that I've just described.

Our soul ultimately wants to be free of it and eventually I think that individuals have had their fun with the consumption factory that we call incarnated life.

This isn't me crapping on life,

This is just talking about the,

You could call it different levels of individuals spirituality.

This feeling of duty and oh I've got to do this,

I've got to do life.

Ultimately I would invite you to consider that an aspect of your being,

Your spirit,

Your non-physical essence,

It wants to be free,

It wants to be free of all these duties and musts and if anything it's probably a good sign.

It doesn't mean that you should bemoan life and kick the floor and think oh god but it's just kind of honour that side of your being because I have it in me as well,

Like everybody has this.

It's a good thing when you start to unsubscribe from all the rules and all the structures of physical incarnation.

It shows that a non-physical aspect of you wants to take off and be unchained.
