Get comfortable and close your eyes Let's begin by taking few deep,

Loving breaths Breathing a little slower and a little deeper than usual Grounding your body and mind into this moment Allow your body relax a little deeper with each exhale Shift your attention to the area of your heart Imagine your breath is flowing into the heart and up from the heart As if it's the only place your breath can flow in and out from You can count to 4 on each inhale into your heart And count to 4 on each exhale out from the heart Notice your chest rising on each inhale and falling on each exhale See if you can notice any sensations,

Maybe warmth or tingling in your chest area Or maybe you can even hear your heart beating Just stay with it As you connect with your heartbeat,

Allow it to connect you to the power and magic of this present moment This is where all is possible This is where we connect with the field of infinite possibilities Infinite outcomes In this place Outside of time and space Connect with your most favorite memory The memory that brings you feelings of joy,
