Find yourself in a comfortable seated position,

Take a moment to notice your surroundings and become aware of any sensations you may feel.

Now imagine a strong silver cord tied about your waist in an unbreakable knot.
This cord secures you to a beautiful glowing crystal at the center of the earth.
This silver cord grounds you to this crystal and keeps you secure,
It keeps you safe.
Notice the crystal you are attached to at the core of the earth and feel its over-brimming love,
Its security,
Its safety.
Watch this crystal as it begins to glow red.
Watch this beautiful red light trickle from the glowing crystal into your body and power your root chakra at the tip of your tailbone.
Notice this space begin to glow red,
A beautiful bright red.
Imagine your root chakra expanding to the size of the width of your body.
Bitter and brighter your root chakra glows and begins to spin.
Now watch the crystal at the core of the earth shift into a beautiful orange glow.
This beautiful orange energy trickles up your silver cord and into your sacral chakra.
Located above your root chakra about two inches below your belly button,
Your sacral chakra glows orange.
Imagine this space glowing brighter and brighter the most beautiful orange color and begin to spin.
Now watch as your sacral chakra grows to the width of your body and matches the beautiful bright glow of your root chakra.
At the core of the earth,
The beautiful crystal shifts and turns a gorgeous yellow.
More beautiful than the sun,
This yellow energy trickles upward through your cord into your solar plexus chakra.
Located above your sacral chakra,
The solar plexus lies just above your belly button.
Picture this space glowing a more beautiful and brighter yellow every second.
This yellow is pure and powerful and glows brighter and brighter.
Watch your solar plexus chakra begin to spin and expand to the width of your body.
Scan your body and review the chakras which have been infused with this beautiful energy from the core of the earth.
The red root chakra,
The orange sacral chakra,

The crystal at the core of the earth begins to shift again,
Now turning a brilliant green.
This soothing beautiful green energy trickles up your silver cord and into your heart chakra.
Sit just beneath your sternum,
Your heart chakra turns a beautiful bright green.
This soothing green glows brighter and brighter as your heart center opens and begins to spin.
Feel this beautiful green energy trickle throughout your being.
Watch as this beautiful heart chakra expands to the width of your body.
The crystal at the core of the earth now begins to glow a beautiful blue color.
This beautiful blue energy trickles its way up your silver cord and falls within your throat chakra.
And at the base of your throat,
This beautiful center begins to glow a brilliant blue.
Feel this calming blue energy float throughout your being and watch your throat chakra expand to the width of your body.
Now the crystal at the core of the earth transforms once more and glows a beautiful indigo color.
This vibrant energy works its way up your silver cord and into your third eye chakra.
Feel this clearing energy as it activates your third eye chakra located between your brows.

Located at the top of your head,
This violet energy opens your crown center.
Glowing brighter and brighter,
The most pure violet color,

Watch your crown chakra spin and expand to the width of your body.
Now take a deep inhale and exhale completely.
Scan your body and notice the beautiful,
Bright,
Brilliant alignment of your chakras.
Your red root chakra,
Orange sacral chakra,
Yellow solar plexus chakra,
Green heart chakra,
Blue throat chakra,
Indigo third eye chakra,
And violet crown chakra.
See all of these beautiful,
Energetic centers spin in sync.
