This morning meditation is for you to start the day in a place of relaxation,

Where your body can relax,

Revive and find the energy it needs.

I invite you to set an intention for today.

Let this meditation energize you and give you all that you need for the day ahead.

Begin by finding a comfortable and quiet space.

Perhaps you have a favorite place to sit in your home,

Maybe it's near a window where the light floods in.

Place your two feet on the ground,

Connect to the floor so that you can just fully relax,

But just make sure that you're still alert.

Choose a place where you can be comfortable,

That you're somewhere that you can potentially close your eyes,

If that feels comfortable to you to do so.

You are going to allow yourself to let go,

To get rid of all the things that have been preventing you from being your authentic self,

All the reasons you were struggling in any aspects of your life,

Business or job.

You are going to emerge confident with a renewed energy.

Whatever it is that you've been looking to have in your life will be working its way towards you,

Because you are reaching out for it,

Calling it in.

So take this time.

Now,

Closing your eyes,

If you're comfortable to do so,

I invite you to turn your focus to your breathing.

Listen to yourself breathing in and out gently.

There is no need to change your breathing,

Just listen to yourself breathing nice and gently and at your own pace,

In and out.

Perhaps you would like to put your hand on your chest and feel yourself breathing.

When you first wake is the perfect time to send positive messages to your alpha waves.

Let's start to talk to your unconscious mind and set the intention you wish it to receive for today.

Let us send positive messages when it can hear you the most.

Your unconscious mind holds your greatness,

Your uniqueness and knows how important you are to this world.

So as you relax deeper and deeper,

Send in those positive messages.

I am brave.

I am kind.

I am loved.

I am enough.

What messages are you sending to yourself?

What do you need to hear today?

Breathing gently and steadily,

Enjoying the sensation of the breath and the expansion of your lungs.

Breathing in and out as you settle,

Replenishing and readying yourself for the day ahead.

You can start to feel your energy replenishing with every breath.

Now take a deep breath in and take from the universe what it is you need.

Inhale energy,

Love,

Calmness,

Confidence.

Just take what you need from the universe.

It will give it to you as it is already yours.

Just ask for what you need.

Take a deep breath in and perhaps this time as you breathe out you might want to make a little noise as you expel.

As you breathe out let's expel what it is that you no longer want.

Breathing in with energy what it is that you need and breathing out what it is that no longer serves you,

That that you no longer want.

As you take that breath out,

As you exhale visualize tiny particles of moisture that are slowly drifting away from you and in that moisture is everything that you no longer want.

In that moisture is everything that no longer serves you.

It is drifting further and further away from you.

It is squeezing through the walls of your home and out into the outside.

It is drifting further and further and further away up into the sky.

It is going so far that you can no longer see it.

You can no longer see that which you no longer want.

You can no longer hear it.

You can no longer feel it and you no longer believe it.

And now as you take another deep breath in feel how much more space there is within your body now that you have let go of that which no longer serves you,

That which you no longer need.

Again give a big big exhale pushing out what it is that you no longer need and as it forms moisture particles visualize those particles drifting away from you.

You watch them moving further and further away from you because you no longer need them and you see these particles squeeze through the walls of your home leaving your home and now they're outside and out in the air and as you watch as they drift upwards and upwards into the sky so far away that you can no longer see them,

So far away that you can no longer hear them,

So far away that you can no longer see them and so far away that you can no longer believe them.

They are gone.

They have drifted off.

They have disappeared.

Now take another deep and cleansing breath in and feel that space.

Feel that space for you to breathe in new energy,

New purposeful energy,

New energy that you can use towards the things you do want in life.

Perhaps you can feel that your lungs have more space,

Your chest is more open.

Keep breathing in the renewed energy and what it is that you want and breathing out that which no longer serves you and as you do this now draw your attention to your body.

Your body is starting to awaken.

The energy that is surging through your body is saying to you that you are ready for the day ahead.

You are ready for any challenges you may face.

You might start to feel a desire to open your eyes,

To start moving your body and getting ready.

Keep breathing in and out and when you are ready,

When you are feeling fully energized,

Open your eyes because you are ready to start the day ahead.

You are present.

You are ready.

You are powerful.
